The third day of PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) main event in Bahamas is now history. Out of the 184 players who started the day only 64 players were left with chips when the tournament crew called it a day. All of the remaining players are guaranteed to get away with at least $32,500 each. But of course that's peanuts compared to the prize money on the final table.
In the very top of the field is high stakes player Phil "Takechip" D'Auteuil with 1.47 million, closely followed by Sam Greenwood with 1.4 million. Notable players that will return to the tables today are, for example, Barry Greenstein (379k), Luca Pagano (863k) and reigning champion Galen Hall (168k).
Faraz Jaka (picture), the Day 2 chip leader, also made it through to Day 4. Faraz continued playing very good during Day 3 and managed accumulate 1.22 million chips (3rd place). If he continues to play as well during Day 4, then there is no doubt that he will be on the final table, and hopefully he will bring his "lucky hat" with him.
