Time is up and Day 2 of the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Main Event has come to an end with 20 players. Jonathan Duhamel is one of them and he has a great chance of reaching the final table with his stack of 751,000 chips (6th place). Another 2 familiar faces that are closing in on the final are Joe Serock (647,000) and JC Tran (145,000).
But even though these 3 players have what it takes to make it to the final table, they will have to fight really, really well since all the remaining players have made it this deep into the tournament for a reason. So basically anyone can win chips left can take down the tournament.
All the remaining players are guaranteed to get away with at least $22,420 each. But of course that won't satisfy anyone of them as there are some huge money on the final table. The winner will get $960,900, the runner-up $570,200, and the 3rd place pays $320,400.
