WPT World Online Championships returns to partypoker

The WPT World Online Championships is back on partypoker, and any player with any bankroll amount has the chance to become the next WPT champion!

The Season XIX WPT World Online Championships runs from August 13 to September 15.

A $5,000,000 guarantee is featured in the WPT Main Event. The tournament is going to be a 4-day event, with starting flights running on three consecutive Sundays, starting from August 29. Day 2 will be on September 13, while Day 3 takes place the next day, and the final table plays out on September 15 - the last day of the series.

One of the best things that make the WPT Main Event a special opportunity for partypoker players is that they can qualify for only a single cent, with centrolls running throughout the day and satellite finals held every Sunday.

The $0.01 buy-in satellites award at least 15 tickets to the $4.40 buy-in Phase 1. Players who make their way through that stage goes into the $22 buy-in Phase 2, followed by the $109 Phase 3. This leads to the weekly final, where 20 WPT Main Event Day 1A tickets are waiting to be won.

In 2020, it was Phil Mighall who became the inaugural champion of the WPT World Online Championships Main Event, outlasting a field of 1,011 players to win a whopping $1,550,298.47!

Value-Packed WPT Pro Hunt Event
Team partypoker pros and other known names will compete in the WPT Pro Hunt progressive knockout (PKO) tournament that is scheduled on the first day of the series.

Players can compete for their share of a guaranteed $30,000 for a buy-in of only $33.

About 20% of the prize pool shall be donated to a charity.

All confirmed Team partypoker pros who will participate are Courtney Gee, Jaime Staples, Joao Simao, Joni Jouhkimainen, Mikita Badziakouski and Patrick Leonard.

Should a player manage to eliminate a Team partypoker pro, they get to win special bounty prizes, including $109 tickets to a satellite final for the WPT Main Event. The tournament's champion enters the WPT Main Event automatically!

Team partypoker pro Patrick Leonard said, "The WPT World Online Championships are back, and I can't wait to play. The WPT Main Event should be a great tournament with satellites running now. I'll be in the mix for the WPT Pro Hunt again, too, with satellite tickets being given away for knocking partypoker pros out, so there will be loads of chances to get yourself into the WPT Main Event."

we can see that at party poker they are sure that they will have lot of players on this tournaments,even it will be still summer and people will be on vacation,but they still offer great tournaments with big prize pools!who know what next they will offer to their players,but we can expect many things in next months!

Yes we can expect all the big names from online and live poker in this tourney series. Caouse becouse you can play from everywhere. But i still liked better old tv shows with different charaters and table dinamimc. Would love it to be live again, i hope it can happen soon. All those net series are ok but live is totaly different.

This is the most anticipated event from the world of poker players and all we have to do is to try satellites in party. Whoever dreams of playing with great players must fight for his chances. Time must to exist and you can solve many things. Poker is a waiting game, but online is faster and we can make money if our ambition is very high. Now when i make a little cashback on promotions i can start some satelites fro few dollars or maybe even cent's. Who know's maybe i am one of those one timer's couse how much luck i had this days on party who knows i just must try it out to get some big ticket haha for wpt or some other big sunday tourney.

Juicy prizepool , an players can compete each other for some of the sat tickets , starting only from jst one cent , that's awesome . In 4-5 sats/stages , you'll have your ticket at the end of the week to play for the main event , play for a $5M prizepool woths some attempts to play and get the tickets . All WPT World Online Championships tournaments and sats are on the Bwin lobby , only the centrolls I cannot see them , but there are two freerolls in 5 and 12 days that give tickets for next phase , When I had access to PartyPoker lobby in the past , I used to see some differences when I compared it with Bwin's , for example far less freerolls and free or centroll satellites on Bwin . It's far better to play directly on PartyPoker , rather than on Bwin , that's for sure Blink

Yeah , better have options than have nothing , or nowhere to play . Bwin casino or poker is not as good ad PartyPoker , but it's fine , and it's good I can play there , and it has its own promotions sometimes . unfortunately there are 3 days left but is not too much news about it on the internet or in brm. I think people were focused on games or didn't take part in that. Big tournaments are the best chance to make money and you had to try more qualifications. Good luck with that
