World Poker Tour Legends of Poker attracted a field of 622 players this time. When the final table with last 6 players started yesterday Josh Hale had the chip lead, but not many believed that the unknown American would have a chance against experiened players such as Ali Eslami, Greg Mueller, Jeff Madsen etc.
However, anything is possible in the game poker and Hale is a living proof of that as he overcame the other 5 finalists and laid hands on the first place prize of $500,000! Apart from the nice prize money, he also got a ticket to the season-ending WPT World Poker Championship, a WPT Champions Trophy, and his name inscribed on the one-and-only WPT Champions Cup.
