The third day at the World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open kicks off at noon ET today and the plan is to play until only 27 players remain. When the cards are in the air, Raj Vohra (+$740k in tournament winnings) is the chip leader with 580,700 amongst the remaining squad of 174 players. Vohra will be joined at the tables by Day 2 chip leader Paul Volpe (337,000); Champions Club members Scott Seiver (304,500) Jonathan Little (260,500) and Matt Salsberg (144,000), and several other familiar faces.
The money bubble will burst when 110 players remain (min cash: $7,123) and the winner of the tournament will take home a sweet $825,099! Check back tomorrow for another update.
