A big congratulations to Joe Cada, the winner of Event #32: $10,000 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em Championship. The 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event champion bested a field of 264 runners to win his second bracelet and $670,941 in prize money! Many people have doubted that Cada was a serious player, but this win has most probably silenced some of the critics!
The fact is that Joe Cada is the first Main Event champion to win a second bracelet since Carlos Morten won the Main Event in 2001 and then followed it up with a second bracelet in 2003. What many don't know is that Joe Cada has been close to a second bracelet several times since his win in 2009. In 2012 he finished second to Carter Phillips in a $1,500 NLH event and last year he finished fourth in two events.
