WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown: 18 Players Remain

It took six levels of battle on Day 3 before a field of 92 players had been narrowed down to two tables and 18 players. Ely Levy (pictured) accumulated lots of chips early and maintained the chip lead for the majority of the day, eventually bagging up 6,285,000 in chips. The only other player who accumulated over 6 million chips was Griffin Paul (6,055,000).

According to WPT's website, notables still in the hunt include David Peters (3,110,000), Joe Ebanks (2,690,000), Brian Green (1,750,000), and Dan Heimiller (500,000), two-time Champions Club members Mohsin Charania (1,435,000) and Cornel Cimpan (1,100,000)

There are not many players here that i have heard of but there must be some real good players left in, this is one of the iconic tournaments in the poker calendar, so good luck to all

What does iconic means in this case? Hard Rock is no longer a desired place to be honest they are really struggling to keep the place alive from what I heard...
