Jonathan Duhamel took down his third live poker tournament of the year on Sunday, September 20th. The 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event winner overcame a field of 287 entrants over two days of play to win Borgata Poker Open Event #14: $1,000 Six-Max No-Limit Hold'em for $70,990.
According to Borgata Poker Open Blog, Duhamel managed to overcome Denis Gnidash's 3.4:1 chip lead in a heads-up battle that lasted for nearly three hours. The final hand was a coin flip, with Duhamel's A8 offsuit besting the pocket threes of Gnidash.
