partypoker will host its most expensive poker tournament ever on Tuesday, May 16. As part of the ongoing $20,000,000 guaranteed POWERFEST, the $25,500 buy-in Super High Roller is by far the most expensive tournament in partypoker history.
The event has a $2,000,000 guarantee and players will start with 100k chips and have the option to re-enter the tournament twice during the first 15 20-minute levels of play.
13 players, of which 3 are partypoker pros, are registered for the tournament at this time. This means that another 67 players must enter for the tournament guarantee of $2,000,000 to be covered. $500 from each buy-in will go to charity and partypoker will add an extra $50,000 if 100 players or more participate in the tournament.
POWERFEST will run more than 300 events from Sun 7th - Sun 21st May 2017 with buy-ins for all levels, starting at just $5.50 and going as high as $25,500. You can also scoop a share of $135,000 in the POWERFEST leaderboards.
