Everyone thought Viktor Blom would win the
Super High Roller Bowl Online Series Leaderboard and claim a free $102,000 seat to the final event, since he
won three events and cashed in four others. Thanks to a late surge, Russian player Artur Martirosian managed to snag the post and became the overall leaderboard winner.
Martirosian secured the first of his eight cashes in Event #8: $25,500 NLHE, in which he finished third for $238,000 behind Blom and champion Dan Smith. Martirosian then finished runner-up to Justin Bonomo in another $25,500 event (#11) and padded his bankroll with $405,000.
The Russian poker pro was victorious in Event #16, a $10,300 tournament for $234,605, and continued cashing in for another five times.

His above achievements were enough to send him to the top of the leaderboard as the overall champion.
He said, "I am very happy, I spent lot of effort, time and emotions during this leaderboard race, but it all ended perfectly. Yes, I was not very lucky in heads-ups and every heads-up loss upset me, but everything was going great before that, so it would be ridiculous to complain. This is an excellent result, I plan to continue to play all these series and spend even more time working on a game outside the series."
