The sale of Full Tilt is about to be finalized as a new agreement between the company and the French buyers Groupe Bernard Tapie has been made. The agreement states that all Full Tilt's shares, which are confiscated by DOJ at the moment, will be transferred to the new owners.

These shareholders will also have the chance to invest in the new company. The owners of Groupe Bernard Tapie have apparently also been in Dublin, Ireland, and talked to Full Tilt's employees about the current process.

According to a new report on Gamaing Intelligence, Groupe Bernard Tapie has hired the same lawyer who negotiated the Party POker/DoJ and Neteller/DoJ settlemens. The agreement between Full Tilt Poker and Groupe Bernard Tapie is reportedly subject to "several conditions", and the most import condition is a good resolution with the United States Department of Justice.

Even though the involved people are working day and night to get Full Tilt Poker back online, it might take a long time before the poker site is up and running again. Well, according to some rumors, Full Tilt Poker might reopen by January 2012 if everything goes according to plan.
