yeah,its seems to be that they moving you from place to place and I think that they will no solve anything!and especially if they were on cyprus,then curacao,I dont think that you will get much from them!this is small thing for police!

dilip0081 the cyprian police practically gave you the foot, but you didnt seem to get the message.

That is terrible news another poker site that turns to be a scam those bastards will escape justice? Maybe if they make damage to US players they will be tracked down and send to justice sonner or later but the things are going they will vanish and the players will take the damage

My email for curacao gaming. Hello. My name is... and i want to make a complaint against this poker room. Has closed my account 8 months ago making an abuse. I have one deposit with my visa card and an withdrawal. For the second withdrawal Duck Poker suspended my account. I mentioned that Duck Poker had my data in the system but they have again requested the papers. I sent the papers several times but Duck Poker not answer for me. I have 421 euro in my account. Duck Poker blocked the accounts of many players for no reason. This Duck Poker room in my opinion is money laundering, fraud and cheating. I want to help me and do not defense this poker room because if you do that you defend someone who acts illegally and you will lose credibility. I will post this email in some poker forum sites. I want you to take an attitude against the scammers please. Thank you. A Good Day

Mober : I know what they trying to say , i had done such complain against one frauster from my country to some asian countries in past, i know what police want from my side... they want police complian to be forwarded from home country..and this is official fraud so there is no reason police say no to register crime, it is not business loss claim where they can refer for filing the claim via court case through lawyer of cyprus...it is clear cut fraud and it's come in crime category
i will do so to make forward police complain forward from my home country... but now i am waiitng curcuao license holder response as like dracula duck

I believe you are a bit confused with how the whole situation-subject works. Police in Cyprus wont do anything unless you file a lawsuit. And it was clear from their message. Bad thing losing money of course, but you are wasting your time.

I think that any police in world wouldnt react on some mail,if you dont complain official with lawyer or to go in police in that country,but this thing with mail,I dont think that this will help!good luck,but this is long time over story!

I just tried googling duck poker. It doesnt even giving results for it, for the main site. And the same result you are getting from sites like downforeveryoneorjustme.com . So the story with it ended once and for all i guess.

as I see this problem wouldnt be solved and we dont have nothin to say about them!they doesnt exist anymore,they dont have web page and probably nobody will not reach them!next time when somebody write something in this thread should only be if he have some new information from police or something like that!

This poker room certainly was not among the top poker rooms of the players there was quite a lot ..... and I think this poker room from the very beginning was conceived as a big scam ...... there were problems from the very beginning (small ) And in the end it naturally ended

One more in the list, among the ones that didnt pay players. I hope this will be the last one. After all not many sites are left out there. Most of the players are playing on the big sites, which of course is the best thing to do. But even in that case, one should not have a big roll in, at all times. Cash out button is a must, often

It's good to play in big rooms of course but i think these delinquents from duck poker have tried to fool players from the beginning. They had a bad rake system very ugly strategy and they really did not want many players in this poker room. Their strategy was clear - money laundering and fraud. That they also stole the players' money it was a bonus for them. I think this thiefs have stolen money of mark zuckerberg in many tournaments facebookfreeroll with good prizes. A beautiful amount in his pockets
