In case you missed it, PokerStars and Vanessa Rousso recently parted ways. The world's largest poker site nor the long-time American pro have mentioned anything about the split, but many believe the break up occurred at the end of January this year and that it was yet another move by new owner Amaya Gaming to cut expenses.

Kara Scott & PartyPoker Part Ways

Popular poker player and TV-reporter Kara Scott and PartyPoker are about to split up after 5 years together. Scott commented on the "break up" in her latest blog, "PartyPoker has gone through many changes and unfortunately as their focus shifted, there were fewer and fewer TV projects. As those shows disappeared, so did one of my favourite parts of the job and now my association with Party is ending."

PokerStars Parts Ways With 2009 World Champion

Just about a month ago, PokerStars parted ways with Latin American players Humberto Brenes, Angel Guillen and Jose "Nacho" Barbero. Now, the world's largest poker site has cut ties with another three pros, including 2009 WSOP Main Event champion Joe Cada, who has over 10 million in live tournament earnings.

Viktor Blom and PokerStars Part Ways

Last night, Eric Hollreiser, PokerStars' head of corporate communications, made the announcement that Viktor "Isildur1" Blom and the company have agreed not to renew his expired contract.

"In his short time as a poker player, Viktor has played against the biggest names in poker at the highest stakes in the toughest games. It's hard to recall a player who has kept the poker world so riveted at such an early stage of his career. We'll be watching with great interest and we wish him nothing but success." Hollreiser told PokerNews.

Titan Poker Part Ways With its last 2 Pro Team players

A few days ago the Brittish poker pro Sam Trickett announced on Twitter that he and Titan Poker had parted ways: "Me an Titan have decided to part ways. I have enjoyed representing them and they was a absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks again Titan..."

According to Trickett's ex team-mate Marvin Rettenmaier's Twitter, Titan Poker is parting ways with all its Pro Team players. This means that Titan Poker no longer has any pro players. However, nothing has been announced on Titan Poker's website, so we will have to wait and see if they will spend the Pro Team money on something else instead.

EPT founder leaves PokerStars

Last Sunday, rumors that John Duthie, the man who created European Poker Tour and has $2,7 million in career tournament winnings, was no longer part of Team PokerStars Pro started circulating in different poker forums. It didn't take long before Duthie confirmed that he didn't sign a new contract after the last one expired in December 31, 2011. Duthie's departure comes just a few months after that JP Kelly left Team PokerStars Pro. This leaves only Liv Boeree, Victoria Coren and Jude Ainsworth representing Team UK and Ireland.
