I am glad that you are here.Please help me with this one. I made a withdrawal in moneybookers from my highpulsepoker account 3 days ago.First of all I made a deposit of 10 euro from moneybookers.Unfortunely I didn't receive any money.No reaction from you.The deposit appear in transaction history but the withdrawal is not on it.You can see my usename in the last leaderboard.What's happening with my withdrawal?Thanks for your help.

Question: Is there any way you can fix the software so it shows a immediate transaction for withdrawls , had a similiar problem a few weeks ago when i did a withdrawl and there was aglich in the system and it never was received by the cashier. It was finally sorted out after 2 weeks of emails back and forth and the money was credited back to my HP Account. ( Thanx )
Did the withdrawl again and it said " your transaction will appear shortly " 3 hours later still no transaction record. I emailed cashier and it was handled immediately and have received my money, thanks again.
My point being, people like an immediate record of withdrawls or deposits, just like you get on most other Poker Sites.
Either by email or on the transaction page but something you have so in case of an error one has some backup.

sorry but isnt this breaking the rules?. the other representitive "jonas" used this same account. i understand your both with highpulse but sharing this account is aginst brm rules IMO. jonas was no help so i hope even tho think is kinda breaking the rules you can help a little better.
------------ admin can i have my name changed to "pokerstars"? then me, my whole family, friends, and everyone at the super market can use just one account? thanks

ok, why not to begin with a support request I sent you some weeks ago, and didn´t get any answers for until today.
if was about the topic: " WHY DID YOU CANCEL MY 10K CHRISTMAS FREEROLL REGISTRATION?!"
So if you like to work for BRM Users by solving their issues with HPP you can prove it now and here with clean facts. YOUR TURN

@byng0 We are aware of the issue and the development team has a fix planned in one of the deployments later on. I also want to give you a short information on how withdrawal works at the moment. When you request a withdrawal it's not processed automatically. The withdrawal is in pending status until our security team has confirmed that you're eligible for that withdrawal. Afterwards it gets approved and processed through the system or rejected. We send you an email confirming the approval or rejection.
@Doberchain I've checked our logs regarding the 10k XMAS Freeroll. It seems you unregistered from the Freeroll on 13/12/2011, 10:12. As our software is still new and expanding, we still haven't implemented a ticket system where you can register and unregister from tournaments with tickets won through satellites. I understand the situation though and do apologies for this. We have reimbursed you for the inconvenience. I've sent you an email regarding this.

Why should I unregister myself from such a tourney, after spending hours to qualify for it? And I wasn´t the only user with that phenomen. Sorry, but there must be something wrong in detail. I checked the tourney lobby several times and was convinced to be registered because the client software told me I would be. But ok, thank you for responding at least and the reimbursement. So justice is done finally.

Hey Sasa,
Sent an email several weeks ago regarding some issues during live play where I had no control over the game. I have recieved no response as of yet. Could you please check under username LestatG?
I really liked the software interface but have been put off depositing by the buggy software and pretty poor feedback by other BRM users. If this can be fixed I will be back.
