dude it was a joke.. and a funny one lmfao i was fooled a couple years ago in halifax one of the radio stations on april first announce that during high traffic times the bridge tolls on both bridges would go from 75 cents to 3.25 and they talked about it like it was news all morning lol

Yeah, I don't think you'd be laughing very hard if you had thousands of dollars locked in the site. I mean personally, I've been watching and covering the developments via videos and articles, and so when I saw this not only did I think I was going to FINALLY get my money back, I also thought I'd have some awesome news to report, so I was doubly excited.
