KEMPTON: 4.05 Edw Gold, 4.40 Rahmah, 5.10 WELSH SUNRISE (NAP), 5.40 Temple Road, 6.10 Quest For Wonder, 6.40 Miss Buckshot, 7.10 Hazzaat. DOUBLE: Welsh Sunrise and Oyster Shell. Welsh Sunrise receives Wednesday's nap vote in the Betdaq £50 Free Bet Fillies' Handicap at Kempton. Stuart Williams' four-year-old has already won twice at the Sunbury circuit and must have a sound chance in this seven-furlong affair.

In terms of potential, ACTIVIAL looks an exciting contender for Saturday's Ladbroke Handicap Hurdle at Ascot and, while his price has shortened during the week, this talented and lightly raced four-year-old could well take advantage of a possibly lenient handicap mark.

Our last selection finished third, so we made a very small profit. Today's each way selection is, Rascal in the 12.45 at Ascot, this horse looked vastly improved last time out when upped to this trip and should run really well today

Our each way selection was a bit unlucky yesterday and finished fourth after clipping heels after looking like challenging for the win. Today's selection is, Mr. Grey in the 3.30 at Fakenham, this horse has a great chance of opening his account today

We had a very easy 13/8 winner yesterday and lets do the same again today. Today's selection is, Footstepsintherain in the 3.20 at Kempton, this horses' speed figures gives it an outstanding chance today and at 8/1 can be bet each way with confidence

No luck with our selection yesterday and i apologize for this. Today's horse is, Pour La Victoire in the 2.20 at Lingfield, this horse is trying five furlongs for the first time today but looks to have a lot of natural speed and i think will take some beating

Our horse was a fast finishing second yesterday which was frustrating. Today's horse is, Lucky Lodge in the 4.45 at Wolverhampton, this horse produced a big speed figure last time out over course and distance and if reproducing that today will run very well. At 6/1, this horse can be backed each way

No luck with our selection yesterday, to be truthful, the horse ran terribly and i apologize for this. Today's selection is a confident one and i will be disappointed if it loses. The horse in question is, Royal Albert Hall in the 3.10 at Lingfield. An improving horse who should take the world of beating and i have taken the price of 3/1 this morning because i can see this horse going off a lot shorter come post time

Our confident selection won yesterday at the price of 6/4. I hope everyone took my advice and took the early morning price of 3/1. Today's horse is an each way selection and the horse is, It Must Be Faith in the 2.20 at Chelmsford City, this horse has been running well lately and is well drawn today and must have a great each way chance

Our each way selection came second yesterday, so we encountered a small loss on the bet. Today's horse is, Silverware in the 2.55 at Wolverhampton, this horse looks primed to strike after a few quiet runs and at time of writing is 7/1 and this price should be taken

We had a very easy 2/1 winner yesterday and lets try and repeat that today. Today i am taking a bit of a chance with, Heho in the 3.40 at Wolverhampton, this horse is making its tapeta debut today but is bred to go really well on the surface and looks like it could run really well at a juicy price

Our horse finished third yesterday but to be honest, never looked like winning, and i apologise for this. Today's horse is, Zac Brown in the 2.30 at southwell, this horse produced a huge speed figure last time out and has a great chance of following up today
