Why would would we steal a $30 deposit when I am giving away $140 to every player that signs up???

I think we have credited around 3000 players to date.

If the funds from the paysafe transaction do not show up we have to look into it.

I gave them a little bit more time to proof the situation cause mistakes can happen but it is really very frustrating that they call me and say they send me my money or a part the 25€card and then i cant log in.I have contactet the Support again and send them my ID they can check everything and i hope they manage it now .And i can play tomorrow,if not it`s the last way to conntact a barrister.The worst thing is the time i spend for the mails and that the Bonus runs out of time,i missed a week to finish the Bonus but i hope they can manage it also.OK i did not believe that you want to steal my money i have written this cause i was really pissed off,but it is hard to wait so long and nobody can help you and all the people can see that i have send you my money.And why should paysafe lie?They are a big concern also i believe much bigger then yours(dont know if you only have AP)so why did not you just send me my money when you want people to play and give away free money?You can see in the posts that paysafe have send the money.

Action Poker is part of public traded company so we have to be very clear in what we do.

If the money showed in our system i would not be posting in the forum you would be playing the money, once the problem has been sorted I am more than happy to restart any bonuses that you.

what should I do to request the payout?? Change the email on action poker? Is just that the neteller account is registered with the email I use everyday, but for poker sites I use this other email to prevent spam (you should already know that poker sites use to send a lot of spam Blink ). Well, hope you can help me, have a nice day, bye!! ( I have contacted support and im waiting for their response, I only write you here cause you might answer/act faster, thanks Big Smile).

sickening thread. especially since shaun recommended the paysafecard earlier =o

i as german can however confirm that the emails posted do say the money got booked. furthermore they say the recipient confimed the payment...

i dont see any winner in this. action poker and paysafe have to pay their support personnel and loose good reputation and the customer looses a lot of time, trust and, considering the bonus, money also. best luck to all you folks involved.

what i dont get is that paysafe and AP cant just figure it out with each other. if i were APmanager id just give the 30 $, if there is proof the money is stuck somewhere. one could also block the withdrawal option till the issue is fully resolved. (so nutfish could at least start to clear his bonus.)

in general i dont get the math here. how much does support personnel earn? how much do phonecalls cost? is it really less then this silly 30 $ ? or are companys fearing a row of poeple acting like their paysafe card didnt work? still...

yeah well... guess i can be glad im no manager Sleepy

2 weeks (or is it 3 already?) is however by far too long to find a solution. no matter what happened. just my 2 cents.

PS: and what if shaun wouldnt be around here to help? Confused

EDIT: i just realized nutfishs last post was a week ago. is it fixed meanwhile?

no nothing is fixed they still say its a problem with paysafe and i did not receive an answer from them but i received a mail you have 15 days to clear your bonus lol so sick m..f....ing AP so bad3 weeks and nothing happens Evil Sad Aww crap!

Email address registered on poker account must match email registered on Neteller account.
This is standard procedure on most sites, once i left different email as primary on Moneybookers and made a deposit, in less then a day i got contacted by support to explain why my emails don`t match. Can`t you add one email address for gambling sites in your Neteller account? Moneybookers allow 5 different emails to be associated with one account. My practice is that I either register one old email, disabled in Moneybookers account, or register not associated email if something looks dodgy and if i want to deposit then i contact support and request to change email or do it myself if i am allowed to do so.

something seriously went wrong for you nutfish.i hope they give you your money.i just trying to understand what has happened and cant figure it out.surelly paysafe can help you,i think you have to go back to them.that is where the problem is.

I am sure that it is not a problem with paysafe it is AP and they still do not answer my mails and shaun do nothing also, i send them my id but my account is stillblocked that is so sad,there must be only idiots working at their support,everytime they say please wait i wait more then 3 weeks so sick,never play again there. If i was the owner of a pokersite it would give Nutfish his money anyway just to prevent all the problems afterwards...

This whole forum is posted full for € 35. For us it's money Cool but for a pokersite € 35 means nothing...

After all everyone thinks AP is not safe anymore Evil

Well I have read this, and obviously something has got lost along the way. It seems pretty obvious Nutfish is NOT trying to con people, as his deposits have been varified. It is also crazy to suggest AP are out to steal $35.

I WORK WITH CD POKER, ULTIMATE BET, WALKER POKER, UNIBET AS AN AFFILIATE, I WAS CONSIDERING USING ACTION POKER AS THEY DO 2 GREAT FREEROLLS FOR MY PLAYERS. HOWEVER AFTER READING THIS I AM VERY PUT OFF.

This has to be the worst customer service I have witnessed from a poker room. A while back I heard plenty of bad stuff and rumours about AP and new players who couldn't withdraw money. I joined AP to make my own mind up, and have had no problems to be honest, but this customer service is shocking and how could I recommend AP to my customers after witnessing this?????

THE SOLUTION....to anyone at AP who has the remotest piece of common sense, is to simply credit the $35, and let the situation end.

NUTFISH, if I was you this is what I would do. Give AP a reasonable amount of time from now, for example 48 hours, to satisfy the situation. If they do not, copy and paste this thread, with all correspondence, on every major Internet Poker you can find. If they do not solve it then I can give you a list, I have 30 or so I use.

AP for gods sake sort it. All it takes is one person to be put off Ap and you lose $$$$

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you I have been out of the country for the last 10 days.

We are still waiting on information from PaySafe card but due to the amount of time they are taking I will credit your account with $50 today, I want to let you know that every transaction we have ever had with PaySafe has gone through without a problem.

Huh. Just read this from the beginning. It was like some kind of soap opera with the happy end.)) I'm playing on action poker so this is rather important for me to know that I would be assisted if I need some help with transations. The moral is that you should be patient and be willing to help and to be helped.

But action poker has a great promoter, he fix everything.
