a week has passed since i got approved for virgin poker bankroll and says money has been paid .............. still no money in account ...... what is going on ?

I got mine rejected too because my country of origin is not allow to play at Virgin, I downloaded the poker room from BRM created an account request the bonus as I saw my country is on the eligible list then got that rejected email. Well i think this is so wrong. I have been approved on the 2/12-2008 and still no 10 euros on my account at virgin poker. It is not on my account on the web or in the client. I give up, and if it will be in my account some time, i will give it ago, but right now I dont think it will ever be. I have sent emails to BRM last week, but no answer.

We can't do magic. If the details you submit to us when making your request, does not allow virgin poker to find your account, then there's nothing we can do. You need to make sure you have provided correct username (accountname for virgin poker) and best if you use the same e-mail address at virgin poker as bankrollmob.
Contact our support to have any info changed if necessary.

We don't turn anybody down unfairly... what would we gain by doing that? As with everything else in life, people usually speak up when there's a problem, not when things go as expected - so you can't really judge anything by this thread In theory, 1 million users could have received the bonus and the 70 posts in this thread is from users who didn't, if you follow me.
My point is, there's ALOT more users who received this bonus than users that didn't, so if yours was rejected due to incorrect information, then you should try and correct it and have your request processed again by contacting our support.
Could u please explain why your Virgin poker NO DEPOSIT bonus is DEPOSIT bonus actually?
How on earth I can earn V points if in order to earn them I need to deposit first of all??
I hadve done for them about 60 euros in rake and have no single point. Send u email and few days there is no response. Shouldnt u feel ashamed a bit???
