cant believe that everything stopped working in middle of tournament,big blowout series!I thought that maybe its mistake at me,my computer,software,internet,so I closed software and now cant log in anymore!even app is down! now I see that other players cant do anything also,on their facebook and isntagram page!what a hell...
------------ now he loged me in and we have message on table that they will resume in 31 minutes,wtf?

The sites have problems from time to time when there are these big series and allot of players playing, usualy happens on party poker not stars haha. You play those free tickets you get ha? How did this end, the tourney was normaly played at level when was stopped before?

Pokerstars goes very well and when he falls doesn't do it in all countries. They have a strategy implemented and cannot damage at the general. Sometimes are not even guilty because errors come from internet companies. Anyway, maybe you have many sins and because of that...

we all know at forum that you are stupid and that you dont know anything about poker,casino or anything that happens at forum! this was big problem at party poker rogerio and nobody could log in on software or app or if you didnt closed software,everything was frozen!people was mad on them,you could find several messages on chat,on facebook or instagram and this was mistake for at least 45 minutes,cant even remember how long was it! some players said that it was same problem also on last sunday and nobody know why this happen to them so often! it was another story when they paused tournaments,played for 1 hour more maybe and lost on AJ,but this wasnt same game anymore!
To be honest i can believe in that, because some people also have big lags in the tournaments just a few days ago. It was in the tournaments, where were about 250 000 players. They gave out many free tickets, so for sure lots of people came for a free money and the soft was really lagging some times. I have some lags but after i made the reconnect everything was ok and i play normal. But also i see, that some players can,t play at all. But this was not yesterday, this was just about few days ago.

so what do you say now in your post?that I lie and I made this thread just to give wrong informations to all members? if this is right,then something is wrong with you!I gave you all details,even write what was reacton from players on facebook and instagram page and you say that this wasnt yesterday,that this was few days ago!some people really have problems in had! everything was paused for long time and then they just continued with play like nothing happend!probably they will not pay anything to people,because it was not broken for hours and they didnt canceled tournaments!

dule-vu, No need to be so agressive. Don,t you think a little bit, that i just mean something different in my post? For sure i believe you, in my message i mean, that it,s hard to understand, why they have this lags over and over for a couple of days. Most of the people played their free tickets on 1-2 January , and some people really had lags and can,t play at all. But as i,ve saw most of the people played tourneys well on the 1st and 2nd January. If you still had this lags on 3rd then this is not OK at all. Pokerstars is the big room, for sure everyone can have lags with soft, but it seems that usually they fixed them really fast and it did not continue for 3 days.

ok,sorry,maybe I didnt understand your whole post,because you had some mistakes in words,like can,cant and so on,so I thought that you say that you dont believe me! they had big problems and I made mistake when I closed my software,because then I couldnt log in again,but who didnt close it,I could see what people write on chat and other things! they have this big series,so they must do something with software,they cant have problems every sunday!

They have some maintenance ongoing it today too. Was loging it about 1 and half hour ago and didn't see the message before. So i must quit all my opened games. Thanks good i only play micro cash games and not sng or other tourneys. Didn't see anywhere when the work will be done.

that I could understand,that they must upgrade software from time to time and to do this in daily hours,but you cant have problems like they have on sunday,that everything stop,that people cant play anything in time when you have such a big series,with tournament with 5 million dollars and other big games!they will have this tournaments every day,so they must do something with it and especially for weekends,when people are at home and you have thousands of people on tables!

These errors come several times a year on planet, but this is situation. When it falls to general it would be a small problem, because all the games will be blocked and nobody lose... When they have problems in different cities or countries damage is not recovered i think. They will blame the internet provider, like luck of this stupid, who does not know how to dialogue like a normal person.

It is really very strange that a giant like PokerStars has problems with its software. Why should we be surprised when smaller poker rooms have similar problems. Many people are online here and servers are falling.

Every site can have its crashes or lagging problems or disconnection problems , it cn happen to everyone , it happened toPokerStars , not the first time . When It happened I wah hoping to last two hours , yes that's a little sh ** from my side , cause I wanted to go to sleep and I was registred to one home game which would award real money award , I wanted it to be postponed , lol . The previous time that this also happened on Stars , I I was registered in a $5.50 or $11 tourney but I forgot , for the first time this happened to me , , to wake up , but thanks to the crash I got my money back . Lucky man , what can I say , lol .
I just hope that everyone will have some kind of compensation. It,s just a bit strange situation, because for sure they will compensate it if you played it on your own money or tickets, that you won through satellites. But this time they gave out lots of free tickets with big value and usually in past they didn,t compensate it. For sure, this is another situation, and to be honest i was already shocked, that they gave out so many tickets with nice value for free, because in past they didn,t do it at all.

well thats the problem,they will not refund anybody,because you didnt wait for hours that they back,even they had such a big tournaments with 5000 K buy in and lot of others!everything was paussed,but they they continue with everything after 45 or 1 hour and they will say that you could continue playing! but if other players say that they had same problem last sunday,then its up to them,its not about internet or something like that!

Generally speaking , for all cases and occassions and poker rooms .
If one poker room crashes , for any resason , and cannot go back to normality in 10 to 15 minutes at the most , as a general rule , , it should cancel the affected tourneys at once and return the buyins to the affected players , or if they were ITM , then share the rest of the money ICM proportionally .
The players cannot wait 30 minutes , 1 hour , 2 hours , or more for a game to start .that's for sure .BTW , for PS , I remember the DDoS incident and the rediculous way they handled the situation , they didn't pause the tourneys , players from most countries were siting out , players from 3-4 countries were stealing their blinds , after 1 hour was it or more , they cancelled it , shared the rest of the money ITM ICM . The way this sharing of money was benefiial for 3-4 countries only LOL

yeah,I see that this was few years ago and that most of players on top of this list were from one country!dont know how they did payed all this money,especially if some players did collect chips even everything was paussed!they should pay then other players! we will see will poker stars have problems in this sunday and if they will then players will be mad!they have again big tournaments and they must do something before!

Yeah , tthat SM that i refered in my previous post , wasth most rediculous SM or generally tournay I have winessed until now , a proof why tourneys have to be paused instantly when a problem occurs , and if that's impossible for come reasons ,then eithercancel it after 1 or 1-2minutes and share the money upto that moment (so as the blind stealing to stop ) , or else if you delay pausing it , cancel it , go back the tourney , see on what point the problem occur , then use this as a checkpoint to share the money . If all these are impossible , cancel it and refund the players .
The way these players from these countries were keep on stealing blnds for 1-2 hours . In some tables that there were players only from 1 of these countries (Romania , Belgium , etc) , the player was so lucky , the only thing to do was to clicking all the time the bet button as fast as he could , being afraid the proble could be fixed any time soon . HaHaHa I love when this happens in some freerolls , to be 1 player in a 9 max table full of sit outs , paradise on earth LOL

probably this was one time and it was strange that they didnt removed all chips from table and that they gave people other compensation!it was not fair that some players can play it and others not and that other just click and collect blinds!ofcourse this was case here,because we have different amounts for all players and lot of them got much bigger amount then they invested!
I,m not sure what to say about all that situation. Maybe that was a wrong decision, when they decide to give out so many tickets for free and because of that they were having such a problems, because lots of poeple come to play this free tickets and get cash for free. I sent them a few emails something like 3 or 4 days ago and they still don,t answered me at all. For sure they will answer me later, but anyway this seems a bit strange, because in past i was receive answer really fast and now i need to wait for already couple of days.
