Having said about these free tickets by PS the previous days for a series that they run , it ws strange , 5.000 tickets free when the players registered were 5.400 lol , just sit out and win . Played only one , I won a $1 ticket , played the phase2 sat , went last 3max , then miracles happened , lost the chance to get the $11 ticket . Man , nowadays players , as long as they have the odds , RNG bl;esses them , f*** my luck ,I need urgently to use ALL tools that are legal fr poker rooms , including a HUD , this is bingo-strategy decision game not a luck game anymore , lol

Backto the topic . , I played only one such freeroll , cause i guess I have to give them rake back for this , hmmm , I should have played somemore , but after this rediculous way that I lost the $11 ticket , i saif f** , i am out of here . I do not know why they gave away so many tickts in freerolls . Also in buy in satellites , the had enormous sats for 100 or 200 or more seats very cheap , with overlays . This $2M blowout event was a charity New Eve event for the poker players maybe , lol Cool

I think that you could register for this tournament also,but cant remember now!got that tickets on 31.12.,registered right away,so didnt look can you buy in or not,because I had that ticket!in other hand,if this was freeroll,then this would had value of 11 $,it would be freeroll with 2 million prize pool,right?

Right now it,s not so easy to understand, what,s going on with PokerStars, because i sent them at least 2 messages about 5 days ago and they still don,t answered it at all. I didn,t receive even auto message from them or something like that. I was asking for another question, but anyway this seems not good at all and strange, that they still can,t answer it for already such a long period. Maybe they have lots of work but i didn,t remember in past that anything like this was happening before.

they didnt had live support any time in their history,they only do everything with e mail,so you must wait for few days on answer!they probably dont want that people come every second to ask something on chat and for every thing,so they do on this way,even its not good and fast for us!maybe they will answer in next days,probably they have terms on site how long it can take!

Personally with PS I have learned my lesson , not to bother them without a very vey good reasons , or else they will take revenge for this one day , lol . These chat or email online team has a lot of power there I guess . After every email or live chat for strong complaint against them and 2 times against two players , later they put me in the black list , had problems with PS pokerscchool for years , verification matters , also was accused 2 times and had to prove I wasn't colaborating with any scammer or whatever (shared account or IP with black list members or x-members) , iin the end they stood back and left me alone , IDIOTS. Now I have my calmness from them forsome months , man , Last time I made the mistke , when I asked them to exclude me from their fke casino , to tell hem some things for their casino and the pokerroom , lol . Hopefully this will not have consequnces in the future Cool

well this problems that you write is some other story and something bigger,that is in their hands and too bad that they can say something without some evidence!but ofcourse you can always go on some other site to play and to found place where you will not have problems!but whatever problem you have,they should solve this!it just take too long when its on help from e mail!

This thread is about the fall of pokerstars in some situations, so talk about these things with assumptions or truths. I'm curious what happens if you're a professional player and this poker room falls in area of that gambler and he loses money but culprit is pokerstars

For me they will still be the best if they have old or at least better rakeback system. In other sites you just play same limit with 20 same players not too fun. What some one said about reaching their support. The best option is to find them in live chat. On emails some of players i know wait for like 1-2 months and nothing. Some of them even try reach them on social media. Some sucessfull some not.

poker stars just have something that you first think about poker,that sign of red spade,everything about them!cant talk much about rake system and reward for poker sites,because as I said I dont play much poker in last years (I am on casino games),but before I played a lot of their site!
I have lot of merchandise from their store,t shirts,cups and so on,but it was 10 years ago and had lot of their points,it was easy to collect with lot of play!

Hehe i had too few t- shitrts red and black ones which i buy on their shop.Back in the day there were allot of more stuff to buy, now it's only few things. Wow you are in this gambling scene that long Dule? I start too somwhere in 2k11-2k12 and since then i play almost everyday.

I played in pokerstars for a few years and rarely had connection issues. Their software was very powerful and every month they were uppgrading. The room stopped for about 2-3 hours and the specialists worked. Now is possible to have more problems.

well I gamble from high school,you know when you are young,we had a lot of betting shops in town,so we could bet there on sport even if we didnt had 18 years!but already with 18,19 years I had online accounts!but cant remember how long I am on poker stars,maybe even longer then on BRM as site!I am here for 12 years,so probably longer on some other sites!

Sent them a few messages, and it was about 2 weeks ago and they still don,t respond to it. This is not about New Years, free tickets, but this is about another problem with another tickets and i still don,t get from them anything at all. Really hard to understand, why this is happening. I,m pretty sure, that they have enough people to be able to respond this at least in a few days. I sent them messages for different email adress in hopes, that they will answer at least from one adress, but looks like no.

Lol 2 weeks without answer from PS , these days it's normal , about 2 months ago I played one casino game and suddenly it crashed , try to make all what can logout , login even install app again but nothing help , casino part was locked and can't open any game so send message and wait more than 2 weeks answer and they fix it.
Poker and sportbet works normal but casino games not.
So maybe few days more... and answer come...
Had email from PS that they not give help for some problems if send email and they write something about live chat ?? Quickly read that mail and delete it.
Anyone found any live chat from PS site ?

Yes from regular mail it's hard to solve some problems quick. To find live chat i click help--then contact us then you select what type of question or problem you have and at the end the live chat button appears at the bottom. At least this is how it work for me. I hope it helps.

rogerio10 so you tell us that poker stars have live chat or you think that they have?because they didnt have live chat before and only comunication was with mail and they were only site that dont have live chat!they know how hard is to have something like this when you have such a big site and they dont want to comunicate on this way!

pokerstars and all his games i think is the most ingenious from the world and with most operators. Here we can talk with any administrator or moderator who works there and is paid for it, if we want. It's not hard but you must to search some options there in his lobby.

Yes, they have live chat button and i already talked in live chat to them about 2 weeks ago (just before i sent them messages directly to their email-adress). I,ve asked them in live-chat and they told me, that this question that i have need to be emailed to them and they can,t give me the answer in live-chat. After that i sent them messages to different email adress, they still did not answer for that. And i don,t think, that they will answer on this in a few days or weeks. Maybe question is not important for them at all or maybe another reason.

well this is something new for me and didnt know that they have something like this,to help players on faster way,but in other hand,if you say that they couldnt solve your problem,especially when its not small one,then again you need to contact them trough mail and to wait for days,weeks,whatever,to get your answer!
