yesterday i changed the windows on my pc and logged into pokerstars, but i got one letter wrong. Second time they asked for the code through my phone and i gave up that number two years ago. Now, i have to see how i solve this big or little inconvenient. It depends on them how it will be.

Yeah i think you will have probably must wait a "litle" bit. The best option to reach them is till on live chat, but that is only option when you enter the software. Reaching them thru the mail could take long what i have read in other poker forums. Some guys try to reach them thru social media and some was socesfull. Gl with solving this as fast ass possible.

Poker stars casino was down Saturday night after about 2 ... had few dollars in my account and was played slot with low bet , surprise win freerolls and connection lost , try to login again but casino was knock down. It happens in short time now 3 times and can play those freerolls next day but it's strange. More strange is what I see happens same night !! When play slots small bets 0,20 sometimes my bet wasn't 0,20 it was 0,21 ?? It didn't happens every round but about every 6-8 rounds. First was thinking that I see wrong but no , it was really happens even next day when wanted look is it really. Very strange to see it happens , it's not much but if you play 30 rounds it looks like you give gift for poker stars and if it happens with many players , it's going to be bigger gift... If there is some mobster who play slots in PS , try it and send message if same happens with you? Games where I see it happens was elements awakening bet 0,20 and Viking runegraft bet 0,10 and bet 0,20. When I see it happens I take screenshot after every round so it really happens , wasn't drunk Strange thing and no understand why it happens!!??

you can have problems on some casino or on some slot and this happen on sites,just is question is it problem at poker stars or this provider have problems!it can crush after few spins and then you reload and again to have problems after 10,15 spins!it just matter that you get back your money or your free spins that open after you log in again,but ofcourse its not nice situation when you finally get free spins,that everything stop!

Yeah dule-vu it's not nice situation when you " warm up " some game and then casino closed for " cleaning time " About that problem with bet , I never see before that kind of problem with bet?? It goes like this , when I start round casino takes normally my bet from balance but when round finish I see that 0,01 disappears from balance ?? As I say it's not much but if I set my bet why it's not same what I wanted ?? Dule-vu have you see this happens when you play?? Anyone here see this happens? It's interesting to know because if I play 100 round , gift for house is about 0,15-0,20 and that 100 round come fast when start play...
Yes, they have some tech problems sometimes. Usually everything is OK with poker, but you can have problems with their casino games. I had some problems with it just a few days ago, i think there is no need to try to contact them, because right now they are answering for the emails too long an usually they will just apologize and say sorry and wish you good luck at the tables and this will be all that they can offer.

Yeah DinGo it's waist of time to write messages to them because you could be 1 year older when answer comes... DinGo if you play PS casino , did you see this mystery bet situation in any games? Still wait some mobster who play slots maybe try it and tell if there is same things happening??

When pokerstars was bought by amaya group, i thought that something would change for the better of players. Unfortunately, it was not and i was wrong. The buyers were very hungry and they destroyed many good things. Now i read that they respond very hard to emails. This is bad, of course.

I cant say that I know answer on this question and why they take you this extra 0,01 e and is this for some other bonus or what,so maybe you will need to read in rules does they take extra money for some jackpot,bonus or this type of game!if this isnt case,they you should contact live chat and that they answer to you where your money go! or just dont play this slots and pick some other

the casinobetting system in several poker rooms is bizarre. This is the situation and it can only be changed if players complain to pokerstars, or in other place... if they don't want to change that. At casinos that don't have sports or poker bets attached, i think it's much better.

They were working good for a many years and i don,t know the reason, why their support team right now is working like that. I don,t play slots so often and to be honest not understanding what you are talking about, but maybe someone will know.

Wait already few days that someone who play slots in PS could test few rounds and tell if that same happens? but it seems like there isn't anybody who play slots in PS. Maybe one day someone will try it and let me know how does it go...

I didnt play for days slots at poker stars,so cant give you any answer,but when I play it I dont have problems,no matter do I play from software or from smarthpone!I will have chest in next days and maybe I will get something from them!if they give me something I will try slots and if there will be some problems I will write here,but probably everything is ok on their site! just contact live support and solve this problem!

Pokerstars has a strong casino where players play quite a lot. I don't know what it's like in Finland but in Romania they is in the top 3 with that. People win prizes and that means it's okay. It's the same with poker, but there probably we must do more wagering for win more money...
I just totally disappointed in Pokerstars. Never seen such an unstoppable loosing streak, when you just loose again and again with better hands. Especially this is looking strange, because i lost lots of money there on casino games and it,s a bit strange to have such a big loosing streak there in poker games.

pokerstars has the biggest tournaments and prizes in poker industry, but they will fall in future because they proceed in a wrong way with its customers. Some are continually favored and most of them always lose. I did not make in my life a withdrawal here, because for me and for other millions players from the past is rigged. They are not random at all. Try other rooms, that let you to make money.

Yeah , that kind of customer service doesn't look good at all. Yesterday again slot game stopped just when win freerolls , can play those after one hour but it's not same , strange thing it happens too many time now. Same strange things happens with bet in slots , 0,01 € disappears mystery every 2-7 rounds and support is totally 0 in this room so again one more site where can only make sport bets...

MarkWest, you must to give up their poker and casino for a period, because when players will leave this room and they run out of a lot of customers, they will cry to bring them back. Those from the stars group behave like real dictators. Normality coming back when they realize what it means - not to care about the people there.

Yep that's what I'm going to do with that site , before it works normal but now there is much strange things happening with those slots and like I say support team disappeared so can't solve any problems with casino games. Hope I'm not only one who found other sites so one day they maybe wakeup...
