I haven't seen the number of players who won these tickets, but pokerstars has the ability to offer a tournament with over 120,000 players. It would take an investigation here to really know what happened. Someone made a mistake .... or maybe it's just the internet error.
They still did not answered for my emails. Seems like already no point to wait for this. A few years ago i had a situation, when they were answering something like a few weeks, but that was not the important thing that was asked.

now how this look,it seems that they will not answer you at all!dont understand why they need so many weeks to answer on one problem,one mail!ok,they have so many question from players,lot of things to solve,but if you have same problems for years,then take more people which will work on this part of site!

Chek the stars guys. I opened today and i get 2 chests. One i get like usualy with free spins, but the other one was with i don't know where and i won 5 euros lol. Didn't get any mail and nothing about that chetsts. But maybe the< give me couse i am not active last 2 or 3 weeks.

I have 9 days since i can play in 888 or the i poker network, but surprisingly pokerstars works very well. Their software is very good, even if they asked me to switch for the Aurora version. I played a little today and two days ago and his software is very good.

About chest i gueess it was some special deal or something. Sure poker stars software for me still the best what you can get. Aurora i dont like too much, but company must follows what other sites do with there softwares to atract players specialy their main target recreitonals.

same as I got special chest and write it here on forum!there was three rewards in one chest,but cant remember which prizes I got!was it all differents tickets with different buy in or did I got also some casinobonus!but probably its about tickets,which was great!they see how much you are active and then they do this kind of things!

I opened the last chests a year ago in pokerstars, because i didn't play there too much. His software when sharing cards is guilty... I have to admit it's a good room and a few months ago i earned about $50 with 50 cents or one dolar. Their software is almost always up, because it resists very well without major errors.

I still got some chests. Don't know from what promotion are those. They are are like white colours and i get 1 every day. It's just the same prize 0,25€ every day. Anyway free chet's are always nice, why not i just open and don't ask too much haha. Anyone else still getting same chetst's?

you must to read there in the pokerstars software some things and what are the terms/ conditions to solve their requirements and make the necessary points for open these chests. You can win prizes there, but it depends on each country how big they are.

rogerio I also have every day one free white chest to open and like they have for weekends promotion,I also in this days I get only 1 free spin on diamond slot,so there is no free money or some tickets for me!so it must be that we have different prizes for countries or regions!but at least we have this free chests!

One problem that annoys me at pokerstars is the pop-up windows. It's incredible how they are and it bothers a lot when you're eliminated from tournaments. Things could be much simpler but this thing it is not wanted, just to keep us busy...

they will need to change this chest that they give every weekend or like last week every day,because they give only 1 free spin per day on diamon slot and you cant expect much from it when it have only 5 lines and pay with 3 bars only 0,02 e!so you must be very lucky to hit wild with multiplier to hit 1 e,but this happen very rarely!

I figurte it out now, why i was getting 0,25€ per those chets, couse i get casino games closed haha. Probably i get even more then i would get if i play free spins. I see this weekend 3 chest are coming again, maybe i will just leave casino games closed. Dule you win anything big from those free spins on stars?

only if I get wild with multiplier 3 or 4 and same bar symbols or red or blue spade,then he give 1 or 1,5 e,but in other cases you only get 0,02 e per line with any bars and thats all!its hard to win something on such a smal bet!had luck to hit few times this big lines and then I can play other games with it,but with small one's you cant do much!

I liked it more when it was the versions with fpp, vpp etc... This thing with chests it is made for people to play more, and to achieve objectives to be allowed for open. I don't like that because fpps were good for satellites and now we no longer have this possibility.

Damn i remember those hyper 6 max satelites with fpp points, it was awesome. So it was the rakeback system i think everybody dream about supernova elite status or at least supernova. Great memories
Need to say here, that i received an answer from them after 1 or maybe something like 1.5 months of awaiting and they gave me a ticket for the tournament that i was asking them. Just a bit strange and hard to say anything in this situation. I,ve send them messages to different emails and received only 1 answer after 1,5 month of awaiting. Of course i got apologies from them, but anyway this is crazy really.
