In tennis at Wimbledon, rules are to be introduced that Russian tennis players will not be able to manifest support for the war or their country. For me, it's a sick idea that they could compete in the Olympics. I can't imagine if they were to play, for example, football or volleyball matches, etc. Russia - Ukraine...

They should exclude Russian athletes from any sports competitions. In my opinion, the only condition for admitting them should be to officially sign documents that they do not support the war. I don't think it's hard to sign something like that. Because if they resist and do not want to sign, let them not sign. Ukrainian athletes have no way to train, and Russian athletes can train in peace.

I dont think that something will change in next months!
Have the courage to call a spade a spade, if the government is "some", then the people then "some", temporarily residing in that territory, crooks on our planet. But if they are citizens of that country, then they are also responsible for the actions of their president.

A Russian tennis player shouldn't be allowed to play not because he's Russian, but because Russians kill people and he doesn't cut himself off from it. If Russian athletes signed the documents and officially said that they do not support the war, I see no problem with them being allowed to compete.

in almost every spots politic isnt allowed and players cant to talk about politic! if somebody train whole life and do only this kind of things, what he have with war and everything? why should he talk about any side?!

Well, how can he not say since Russian athletes support the war. There have already been many cases in various sports. Starting with ski jumping and ending with tennis. Not only the athletes, but also their fans in the stands. Do a google search there are plenty of cases. And probably if they competed in all disciplines, there would be a lot of such cases every day.

they shouldnt talk for any side, no matter are they for war or not and people shouldnt even ask them! if they say something about it, then dont allow them to play! let them to do job they know!

I also upset about countries restriction. Is party poker still use that policy ?if Anyone know it, please let me know..At PS I never see Players from China but I Saw them at WPT online. For Russian I no have idea cause politics from west so dominate. Anyway if no restriction much better because traffic Will better and three are more new poker sites .

in recent years there are poker rooms that have left many countries. Russians were banned from playing in many of them because of the armed conflict in Ukraine...
As a Russian I'm obviously for returning russians into world online poker rooms. It makes zero sense to ban us. Economically, all the rake would go to the western companiies if we would be unbanned. Politically all the sanctions are only uniting russian people against the West. I'm also for returning americans into the world poker games, as they have been banned since 2011.
