Posted on 04 June 2009 by "T".

Jason Mercier was on 4th place when the final table started, but he was for sure the most respected player at the final table, and that with all right as he came to be the last man standing and took care of the first prize of $237,415.

Jason Mercier continues to impress the whole poker world as he again took down a huge tournament. Last year he's poker career took off like rocket into space when he first took home EPT in San Remo, then won the EPT High Roller tournament in London, then reached the final table in EPT Barcelona, then ended up on 8th place in the Omaha PL tournament in WOSP-Europe. He's total tournament winnings after taking down Event #5 in WSOP 2009 are now up to more than $3 million dollars!

What do you know? Jason did win after all, giving no "Mercier" (mercy) to his opponents at final tabe! Congratulations Jason. Another great example that Pokerstars never sleeps (repair on his shirt), having the most promising online carreers studied and analized. They don't bet on fish...

Jason Mercier was also won an EPT and is playing very well, with a very solid game and readings very good to their players in the table
