Posted on 27 October 2011 by "T".

The 2012 PokerStars Carribean Adventure (PCA) is just around the corner, and there are satellites running day and night at PokerStars where you can win a prize package and the chance of going to The Bahamas and play for millions of dollars.

The package you can win includes buy-in for the Main Event, accommodation and more.

The festival will be played from January 5-14, 2012, and the Main Event will be played from January 7-13. Last year's Main Event winner took home massive $2,300,000, and now you have the chance to do the same thing. Apart from the Main Event, PokerStars 2012 PCA festival will include many side events across a wide range of games.

If you don't have an account on PokerStars already, you can get a 100% up to $600 bonus on your first deposit. Click here for further information.

Everyone loves Pokerstars promos to this events. I know lots of nice players who always like to try their chance to pick something like this. I admit I still don’t have what it takes, but I always give strength to those who like to try. What is life without fighting for dreams.

Yes, it's that time of the year when you can earn yourself a eventpackage at PCA 2012 on pokerstars.

Never tried to join a sattelite to win a pacakge but from what i know you need to play very aggressive and make some sick calls, so it's not really my game.

Good luck to mobsters that participate!

There is nothing sick about that - just hyper-turbo tournaments, which means you start the push or fold phase in the very 1st hand. I'll give it a try for sure, perhaps tomorrow and over the weekend, of course in FPP satellites mega path Smile

Sounds like it is time for me to give Pokerstars another try, and this is a good place to start. One of my favourite freerolls ever was the one they had at Full Tilt a couple of years ago for the National Heads Up Championship. You had to go through something like four tournaments, all of it heads up to qualify. Even though it was a freeroll, a lot of the players were actually decent. I was dreaming of making it to the show, facing off against Phil Hellmuth and donking out against him. Having him berate me and so on. Ah well, maybe once Bernard Tapie takes over...

Sad to hear this from you jovicakralj, you came around telling everybody things were running very nice, and that you got to the 6th round (which is something i consider only a "good-enough-to-be-a-pro" player can achieve) and the end of the dream happened at the 7th. GL for next tries!

I do have some money in my pokerstars account but i want to know whats the buy in for the satellites??

I know from experience that on a satellite the buy in is aprox 10 times less than the original buy in...
