Lots of interesting rumors are circulating on the web right now. However, one of the most interesting ones is that Daniel "jungleman12" Cates has outstanding six million dollars stuck on his Full Tilt Poker account, and that he sold all of it to Tom "durrrr" Dwan after Black Friday. Danny "d2themfi" Isaacson was the one who reveled the information last Friday on one of the biggest poker forums online.

"When we had dinner with Daniel 'jungleman12' Cates and Haseeb 'INTERNETPOKERS' Qureshi in Austin in late April right after Black Friday, Cates said that he had sold his Full Tilt Poker account balance (I believe for 85% but i can't remember). We then asked him if he sold it to Tom 'durrrr' Dwan, and his response was (paraphrasing) 'Someone like that', and we left it at that." Isaacson tells.

The whole story is probably total bullshit started by someone on the internet ...

Possibly true, but no point did he say to Tom Dwan, actually to me looks more like "someone like that" so if sold probably to one of the FT owners and NOT Durrrr, second, again could well be true but why is a NL200 (IE me and other no marks) be sat with some of the best in the game for lunch.
I agree with Davoodoo.

Haha I agree too this story might not be true... I would definetly prefer to wait than "lose" 15% of 6 millions!

But I don't think Durrrr would refuse an offer like that tough! I guess we will know for sure one day. Smile

If cates was an european it would have been an extremly profitable deal because i really think all non us full tilt poker players will get their money back...

But i still have a lot of doubts about the us players that had money on full tilt poker, i don't think they'll get good news too soon Sad

Anyway, it's possible that Tom has more inside info than the rest of us Big Smile
