Another day of action-packed poker has come to an end at the Hilton Prague hotel and now there are now only 22 players left from a field of 1,107 entries. The chip leader is Fabio Sperling with 4.3 million in chips, and his closest opponent is Stephen Graner with 3.2 million.

Triple Crown Winner Davidi Kitai and Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst are the biggest stars who will return for Day 5 this afternoon. Selbst sits in 5th place with just about 2 million in chips, and Kitai is 4th place with 2.3 million.

Day 3 chip leader Simon Mattsson will also be back today. The Swede has 1.2 million in chips and is guaranteed to take home one of the biggest paydays of his career no matter how things turn out today.

The plan for Day 5 is to play down to a final table of eight, but of course, anything can happen during 5 levels of play so we will just have to wait and see how many players make it through the day. Come back to the news section here on BankrollMob for another update tomorrow!

I will be cheering for Sam Grafton in this one, seen quite a lot of him recently on TV and he's an interesting character to say the least. So far he is doing OK though I think it will be hard to shift the German guy Sperling.

Towards the end of the penultimate level of play yesterday, Vanessa Selbst played a hand against Oscar Kroon in which she made a big bet on the river with pocket fives. The board read 7♠3♣4♣9♥9♠ and she was first to speak, having three-bet pre-flop from the small blind, then called Kroon's four-bet.Kroon called and mucked when Selbst showed her pocket fives, but it still seemed like a pretty thin value bet, if that's what it was.

Looks like I put a jinx on Sam Grafton and he is now out in 12th place but he did manage to cash over 50,000 euros. The big chip leader now is Stephen Graner with over 9 million chips while 2nd place has half that.Very close to the Final Table now.

Nice. Though anything can happen any day anywhere anytime with anybody so the above quote do not make sense to me especially in a poker surroundings...

Last time I looked we were down to the final three with Jonathon Wong looking like he is laddering all the way, always seemed to be one of the short stacks with around ten left and he's made it to at least third for over 400,000 euros but I can't really see Graner losing this one.
