Day 1A of the 2014 World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open Main Event saw a field of 400 entries. American pro Ben Bianco (has 750k in live tournament earnings according to Hendon Mob) bagged up the largest pile of chips among the 172 players who made it through the day.
A few notables among the players ready for Day 2: Travell Thomas (196,600), Cornel Cimpan (166,900), Darren Elias (126,100), James Calderaro (100,700), Matt Affleck (85,100), Leah (77,800) and fefending champion Anthony Zinno (146,900).
A few notables who didn't survive Day 1A include Tyler Patterson, Jared Jaffee, Jonathan Little, Season XI Player of the Year Matt Salsberg and Season XII Player of the Year Mukul Pahuja.
