Still cannot understand whu poker platforms sign these poker pros, who cares about them? If i want to play some online poker i look for a big room and some good deposit or even better no deposit bonus and then later some promotions, not care about these pros ambassadors and others

well i kinda doubtful that he really is dzmitry and not dimitry, but who gives a sh1t really, he is a professional poker player with live winnings of over 5 million dollaros and overall losses of who knows how big and now he is signed by party poker, therefore we must embrace his amazing talents.

On of the success stories i guess from the poker world, at least so far Smile
Stating that he started from low stakes, working his way up...
Isnt this the way it goes? How many start playing big limits and events in the beginning.
Unless you have money to invest, but then of course you dont need to play poker.

Of course to play for big money you need a sponsor or have money received by your dad ... then there is the opportunity to play and win ... but if I do not have a sponsor or a rich dad then it's very difficult to become a great player

I must be honest, i have never heard of this guy and why these poker firms still feel the need to employ ambassadors is beyond me but, if any of them want to give me a call, i would love the job!!!

I understand that they want to sign players who have lot of earning from live tournaments and this is player who have 5 millions in winnings, but poker sites have lot of ambassadors!dont know does this bring more players to their site!

with this signing PP will get more new players from Poland and of course because this guy is traveling a lot and playing a lot of poker on the live circuits so having him representing PP is a solid thing for the poker room...

How abou stop sponsoring people no one really cares about and start putting more money into promotional materials, bonuses etc. anything that could make your site better. A sponsored pro will certainly NOT GONNA do that.

It seems, this time they found a interesting pro which starts from the low stakes to a verry good poker pro with winnings over 5 millions. This kind of signing are more interesting, because it show us that every player can start a poker carrer when he go a long way to the top.

for me signing of any players, doesnt mean anything, because I wouldnt play on some site, just because some famous poker player or just because he is from my country!what I have from that?for me its important what some poker site offer to me,what kind of tournaments, what kind of loyalty program, what kind of bonuses, not who they sign!

Exactly. There are only so many success stories which I could swallow about these pros who started at the 'pennyf&cker' level and worked their way up. Good for them but i just do not care one bit.
