On March 17, 2018 Saturday, at a PokerStars high stakes online poker action, it was Viktor ‘Isildur1' Blom who managed to grab the top spot on the leaderboard with a whopping $159,576 win after emerging victorious at the 2-7 Triple Draw tables.

The first win of the day for the 27-year-old Swedish poker pro came in the early afternoon from the $100/$200 PLO tables where he won $17,000+ after just five minutes of heads-up action against Grazvis1. He was then absent at the tables for four hours, and went back online in the early evening where he battled against donthnrmepls, his regular Triple Draw rival, at the $1,000/$2,000 tables.

At the Patientia II table, the two played 307 hands for an hour and 40 minutes, with Blom ending up with a $55,608 win. After a few minutes break, the action resumed at the Roehia table where they played 141 hands, with Blom still leaving his mark and winning further $81,388 to add to his bankroll.

Before Blom decided to wrap his day up, he topped it with another Triple Draw win, but this time at the lower $200/$400 tables, in which he beat ‘spidey_85' after 40 minutes of heads-up play for a nice $8,796 profit.

Biggest pot of the day
Actually, the biggest pot of the day came from a heads-up match at the $200/$400 NLHE tables, the showdown between Linus ‘LLinusLLove' Loeliger and Timofey ‘Trueteller' Kuznetsov. They battled for 3 hours and during the match it was Trueteller who took down the day's biggest pot.

It's a great call by Trueteller with top pair on the river to win the $98,110 pot.

On March 19, 2018 Monday, the day's biggest winner was none other than fan fave Isildur1 who reached an awesome $170,000+ level, before ending up a $46,000 loser for the day. He started the day pretty great against German opponent RaulGonzales and won $135,000 in the morning to and fro the $1k/$2k 2-7 Triple Draw and 8-Game tables.

In the early afternoon, Blom lost $65,000 to ‘RG' on another mixed game session, but after a change of table and a short break, he then was able to find his groove and managed to get a $130,000 lead in their next mixed-game session that late afternoon.

However, it seemed Lady Luck wasn't on Blom's side that time, because RaulGonzales ended the day with a profit of $16,750, whereas Blom lost a total of $46,000 (including his PLO losses).

once again the value of this player makes him to win a lot of money. Viktor ‘Isildur1' Blom it is so crazy but he earns money and this is very good. I would like to see him playing live against big poker players because he is not a player seen too often on television. He deserves to play with big names. I hope Viktor is not coward.

Isildur1 . Trueteller . LLinusLLove . RaulGonzales . donthnrmepls . EEE27 and many others ..
these guys right here define poker .. not some guy who won the main event ..

This guy is amazing. It would be nice to see him in a WSOP tournament on television. He started the High Stakes well in PS. Surely win a few dollars more in the tournaments that still remain. This is for those who say that luck is needed to win; Very strange that they are always the same faces, the winners.

Its always great to read about this guy and i would love to be able to watch him in action one day. The highs and lows are legendary whenever he is playing and the adrenaline must be flowing big time

lol great balls to put a bluff on with nothing but king high... ok a tough and good call to make with just top pair and non existent kicker... 98k pot with both players showing that they are playing high stakes not just because they have a few extra dollaros in their accounts.
 callie2822/03/2018 22:09:50 GMT
and on the point of the other post about Antonio,Victor Blom plays poker like its a video game and i see no skill in this guy,he wins with luck and crys when he pushes the 1st hand in a tourney with K-x and loses???? not even worth the writing space..... Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

you can imagine in what situation is he when he dont care much about money and he can bluff, lose or whatever!ofcourse he want to earn lot of money with playing, but dont think that this is first thing for him!maybe thats why he play so good in this situations and when is final table or heads up!

Viktor Blom he plays very good poker, considering the tournaments won by him online or even live and sessions of cash games for many money. You can not be a weak player and have such results. He won a tournament where the entrance was 10.300 dollars and for 1st - 1,096,200 $. There were about 600-700 players involved. Callie28 how could you win that tour against those players and Viktor does not have skills?

Not too long ago that we heard about some big wins from isildur.
He is doing good lately, unlike with some others.
The game also wasnt an easy one. Not too many games with that kind of money
are being played

Today I learned that Viktor Blom is a member of the Partypoker pro team, it's a surprise that he plays in both Partypoker and Pokerstars rooms simultaneously. In the past he was a member of the Pokerstars team pro as well.
 Tony_MON7ANA23/03/2018 21:51:13 GMT
Viktor Blom has been doing pretty well lately. Big congratulations must go out to Viktor for scooping over US$150,000 in just 632 hands. That's a pretty impressive number. What was his hourly rate, by the way?
 pajalnick24/03/2018 10:31:14 GMT
Victor 'Isildur1' Blom after about him there was no information .... maybe just for me ..... so after that I recently recently meet news about his new successes ..... and it's certainly nice .... Viktor Blom returned with good skills. I think he did some breaks to learn much of his mistakes. He earns a lot of money in the past but he was losing fast and this is a big mistake. He did not know how to protect his bankroll. Probably now learned and will not repeat past mistakes. He's an excellent player, young and in future can do a lot and win bracelets.

I think that happens in many branches, not only in poker. It's a bit of overconfidence. It makes good in those cases to stop, and go back to reviewing what has been learned. Analyze what mistakes are being made.
Every so often I read something and I realize that I am currently having mistakes that I did not have at the beginning. One wants to expand ranges, but sometimes it should not be done.
