WPT World Online Championships offer Extra $150K via Mike Sexton Champions Cup Events |

After the PLO tournaments, the first big NLH events within the WPT World Online Championships schedule start this week, with an extra $150,000 in value set to be given away to players, as the first of five Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup events started on Saturday, August 1.
There are 12 Championship events included within the WPT World Online Championships, and five of these are WPT Champions Cup events. The champs will win a $15,000 added value ticket to the next WPT Tournament of Champions (TOC), presented by Baccarat Crystal. Their name shall be engraved on the Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup trophy and they will also get a replica version. They will also join the exclusive WPT Champions Club!
An extra $5,000 in value will be added for all TOC- qualifying events, as the winner's travel and accommodation expenses will be paid for by partypoker and WPT.
Each $15,000 WPT TOC ticket shall now be added to the already guaranteed prize pool, giving players even more value.
Championship Event Schedule
Players will have the chance to become the first player in the series to join the WPT Champions Club when the WPT 8-Max Championship commences on Saturday, August 1. The tournament will end on Tuesday, August 4. Mega Sats for the tournament are running until Sunday, August 2 where a big $1.5M in seats can be won. More than 2,500 tickets will be claimed, with buy-ins of $33 and $320.
Aside from the added value of the TOC seat, a Hublot watch and Baccarat Crystal Set, the winners will also enjoy the WPT VIP concierge service that will assist them in all their transport and hotel arrangements for the event. Players will be treated to a party with the WPT Talent team, including Lynn Gilmartin, Matt Savage, Tony Dunst and Vince Van Patten, and they will receive a special WPT VIP goody bag.
The TOC will once again have a rake-free $15,000 buy-in. All WPT champs are eligible to enter.

The inaugural WPT World Online Championships, designed to replicate an authentic live poker experience, are running from July 17 (Friday) to September 8 (Tuesday), paying out a minimum guarantee of $100 million. Real names of players will be used at the tables and there will be a maximum of two Day 1s for the 12 championship events in the series, with a maximum of one re-entry allowed.

Players are so motivated to play this WPT World Online series nowadays . Besides the many events with huge guarantees and for all buyins and bankrolls , there are also so many offers and promotions related to this series , so as to win exra cash .
Also too many tickets for satellites or directly for the events can be won in freerolls or night poker league or with thw Hi Lo awarded tickets for the tournaments that awrd tickets , or the added sat tickets on the FTs of many tournaments .
It's a real celebration for the poker world . Now also this $15,000 added value ticket to the next WPT Tournament of Champions , one more motivation to play these championship events that award this extra prize . This WPT online series is on a whole new level .

These championship events seem to the pros very attractive and very nice to play , they have a big buyin but also it's just fine , cause the prizes are so high , $3M or even $10M !!!
I couldn't play for these events , I try with satellites , but I am not good enough to have success and play on one event . directly I won't do it , cause I am not good and I am not optimistic for a cashout ITM , the players on these events are very good , some of the best worldwide , as these WPT online events attract the best players , the have great value , they are the best tourneys to play nowadays online and generally

| These tournaments are very good to play, if you have money to register. Nothing is harder than WSOP from my point of view, because here is the cream of professional players and there are a few thousand in most games.

Big prizes , gifts , a real poker party and festival during this hot summer , ths WPT World Online Championship is the best series without any comparison with anyone else . Btw , the WSOP online series is not worthy of the WSOP name , I don't find it right that they award bracelets with these tourneys , some can play on Gg some not , some can play on WSOP online , some not , a farsa it is .
And the prizepools , rediculous to the history of WSOP , the WPT online series has better prizes and chances to win big money , they have surpassed WSOP , really a shame .. Better invest your money on WPT online series events these days , rather than on WSOP , but if your bankrollis huge , you can play both I guess , if there is nt anything better for you . Again , this WSOP online series is for laughs , a shadow of the real WSOP festivalall the previous years , maybe they shouldn't have decided to run an play them online , take a break for this year and return next year live

I haven't followed evolution of the games and how many players have registered here but i guess they are not successful, if you say that. WPT World Online Championships could be much better but many players have no money because they have split into many poker rooms where there are not many satellites for these tournaments.

The WPT onlive evemts are great to play , extra value , cheap sat to get your ticket , even freerolls , or play on bwin casiono wager 5$ at least , get a ticket for a freeroll and win tickets . many other ways to get your ticket for a tournament . And many tickets free if you get ITM on some tourneys , and this extra gift for the ones who will win these very high buy in events , the ticket for the next WPT tournament of Champions . Great value , the best series this summer ,no comparison at all with anything else

| antonis you mean to play some freeroll or low buy in satellite and to get ticket for this big tournaments?dont think that anybody would have great chance for something like this and that will do it from just a freeroll,especially when so many people play this this kind of tournaments,but you can always try your luck!

You will notice that these tournaments run for a period of one month and three weeks. Here will be more time to think for players who want to play more games. I think it's good for them because that's exactly what professional players do.

dule vu , i was 1 place from getting the $110 ticket 6 max , but I lost J10s<44 5 max for 5 blinds me to BU he on BB  I will see where I will use this $33 tticket , it expires after 40 days , lol , butt the $3.30 tickets last for 1 week only , lol . Played some $3.30 sats , no luck , I have one more$3.30 , gonna play today Hopefully I will be ITm , 100 seats guaranteed for $33 ticket This , if the ticket won't expire , lol .
i have seen that if a ticket expires on let's say 18:00 , but you register earlier than this for a tournament that starts some hours later , let's say on 23:30 (Night Poker League for ex) , the ticket is not fortefied , is still valid , it's not taken away from your account , now I have seen this for delay of some hours , but I do not beiev this hapens for games that start after many hours or 1 day and more. i take my chances , cause the sat in the night awarded only 25 tickets , not bad , but 100 seats is better , lol , my poker capabilities are not good , lol .
I should have played it on Wednesday, Thursday , cause Saturday and Sunday , even Fridays , have a lot of sharks , sh** ....

This Series is almost a charity event , lol , giving away so much money , tickets , making many people wealthier , it's a real ''Party '' I had innumerable chances to get a ticket from second chance freerolls or Night poker League casino freerolls , or some sat tickets , but no . My mistakes are too many , patience throuout the game isnot enough , especially after bad beats , suckouts , loss of most stack . More patience early on the game or after a bad hand is needed very much , I have to master it
Anyway , good luk everyone playing it , any event they choose , hopefully they 'll be on the FT for very big payday and crazy money

| The organizers do all sorts of things... to attract players but they don't think of a thing. Satellites for main tournaments must be launched 3 months in advance and this method will definitely gather more players than at the moment.

| I agree that if sats are being offered 2-3 months in advance , also their promotions for tickets run at the same time , much earlier than the initial date for the series to start , that would be more benefitial for the site , and their series of tourneys . Also for the smaller bankroll guys , to seek more chances to get their ticket . An this applies to all series of tourneys from all poker rooms , it would be better imo

| I can't wait to see a thread in bankrollmob when all tournaments end and how successful they were. There is a possibility that Party Poker will be lost money & that means organization of games did not go well. It's a little until September 8th when we will see.

| Played many 3.30$ sats , cannot get the $33 ticket , disapointed as I am I am not playing this week the NightPoker League , with the tickets that I win from casino , so as to win a 3.30$ sat ticket or more . Anyway , gonna start playing it again , you never know , I might be lucky . I have to be more patient during sats , it's a marathon , not two successfull shoves and we're done , a lot of more patience is needed form me .... I won this 6.60$ from BRM freeroll , two bullets for the $3.30 sats , hofully I win sth this time ...

It's probably a lot harder here to earn a $ 33 qualification. I can't speak for Party Poker because can't play here, but in 888 won a lot of $ 33 tickets after going through two satellites. With 39 or 42 cents often take advantage of this. In the main tournaments didn't succeed apart from a few hundred dollars.

calicul. On 888poker I was only once close to win a $33 ticket , and I didn't rebuy during this sat , not even makng one or two add ons , I won it completely free entrance to the next sat lol . I avoided rebuing or addon , for this $33 sat , cause the prices were higher than the less value tickets sats . Unfortunatelly I was very tired that day , hadn't slept at all , I couldn't wait for the time to go to sleep , so I played the next sat vry loosely , falling victim to the big bankroll guys , especially to one who wa rebuying , he won the flip towards me , bad game , guess I have not to play games when I am tired , asleep or without schedule/programme .
On JokerStars I have won this value of ticket sometimes , on Bwin I won twice , now I have this $33 ticket , hipefully I will play for a game to cash or a sat for 100 seats . Thinking again , I will play to win cash , I am not going well with the sats lately , lol . But winning a 320$ ticket , that would be one of the kind , a miracle , super result , I would love to have such a winning , even if I failed winning money on the $320 that I would play next . Only the win of such a ticket , that would make me happy , at least the first time , lol , to lose this middle/mid high stakes virginity , lol

| I won several tickets in 888 starting with May 2018, until January 2020. In total i had few hundred tickets with value of 5.5, 16.5 and 33 dollars. In main tournaments i had sad results, because this site hardly offers a chance to achieve something good.

The limited renetries and the reduces late reg period for WPT series are very good steps improving the gameplay overally . The big bankroll guys are everywhere a problem , with their fearless gameplay , shoves , calls , not being afraid , because they can fire many bullets , until they build a very big stack , and start absorbing the fish and the smaller stacks , like a black hole , lol .
These are good changes for the WPT series . Hopefully they will use these rules for registration or reentries/addons on the other PartyPoker tourney series to come , as well ,

| I would love to play again in a poker room that has satellites and tournaments like they did a few years ago. There were many players, paid places or qualifications. Now it is no longer so because has changed. Many sites that spread gamblers.
