In case you didn't watch the live stream yesterday: It was a really thrilling final table of PartyPoker Premier League VI! Over the course of the final table 6 of 8 players took turns at holding the lead, and it took almost 5 levels before the first player (Talal Shakerchi) was eliminated.

Jennifer Tilly, Tobias Reinkemier and Daniel Cates all busted out during the 5th level, which left 4 players fighting for the top prize of $450,000. When four-handed play kicked off it was Jonathan Duhamel who had the biggest stack. However, he was out next after doubling up Sam Trickett and then losing his remaining chips to Dan Shak

PartyPoker Premier League: "Jungleman" Wins Final Heat of Group A

Now all 4 heats of Group A are in the books. Daniel "Jungleman" Cates ended up winning the final heat for 16 points. Jonathan Duhamel, who already had secured a final table spot before heat 4 kicked off, finished second for 11 points and Sam Trickett received 8 points for finishing in third place.

The first 2 rounds of Group A in PartyPoker Premier League V have come to and end. Tony G took home the win in the second round for 16 points (and $32,000), while Erik Seidel finished second for 11 points. Tony G and Phil Laak now have 20 points each.

EPT Berlin Winner took the last seat in PartyPoker Premier League V

Yesterday PartyPoker announced that the Finnish poker pro Patrik Antonius will join Tony G, Luke "FullFlush" Schwartz, Vanessa Selbst, Sam Trickett, and other players for the $125k buy-in PartyPoker Premier League Poker V Main Event in Vienna between April 4th and 10th.

The event will be a part of the World Poker Tour Vienna festivities and the winner will be awarded with entry to the $25,000 WPT World championship at Bellagio, in addition to the leagues first prize.
