Not read all the comments, will tomorrow, at a quick tired read of OP, villan has no choice but to shove, you can call tgh AI and play on if you lose, id expect to see PP or A with high kicker or suited, all in al id expect a flip if I call. too little inf for me to decide ATM, as I have not read all comments and replies. The only thing that would get me folding here is the fact that there is no fold equity. fold ar call neither would be right or wrong, as a flip is the most likely outcome.

I agree with the fold strategy. AK is still a drawing hand preflop, and if by chance you had the guy beat, you can always get the chips back later. Making the money should be your #1 goal at this point in the tourney in my oppinion.
I do it myself sometimes, but overplaying AK pre-flop or post flop when you didn't hit can be very costly in both live tables and tourneys. That being said, the call wasn't a totally bad idea if your bankroll allows you to take those chances. GL in the future.
Ahhh my nemesis AK lol im pretty much hardly ever folding this hand pre, only if say its a satellite and i have a big chip stack and im at risk to lose most of my stack close to the bubble.. or im up against a TOTAL NIT... all other cases, SHIP!

You should fold, of course. If I see that I say that guy have queens! thats the way to play QQ in bubbl in early positions. All in. The best you can obtain with ur AK is a coin flip, the worst is play versus AA or QQ, anyway to much risk from your position that part of the tournment. I would play QQ like him, and I would fold 100% of times if I were you.
