Until recently it seemed that the referendum will not take place. Too sudden there was an order of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras. Many European politicians are outraged that such a serious issue of trust are not professionals, technocrats and ordinary citizens. The Council of Europe, for example, stated that the referendum did not meet the requirements of the organization. And European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker called the decision unfortunate.
All week there were negotiations on the revision of the program of aid to Greece. Although several appearances statement that the agreement was about to be signed, that did not happen, and after conciliatory gestures situation deteriorated again.
Thus, the country's finance minister Janis Varufakis whose unorthodox approach to the economy and issues in the negotiations made it in the eyes of European officials present a bully, said on July 4 that the actions and the words of the representatives of the European Union of terrorism, referring to the unequivocal promise of the big problems for Greece if she still chooses "no" in response to the proposals of the group of creditors.

The price of August futures for Brent crude oil fell on the London Stock Exchange ICE per day more than six percent, dropping below $ 57 per barrel. This is according to a trading platform.
As of 1:30 MSK, the price of Brent crude oil was 56.64 dollars per barrel, which is 6.5 percent below the previous close. Futures for WTI crude oil fell by 5.33 percent - to 52.7 dollars per Burrell.
Against the backdrop of the collapse in oil prices the dollar on the basis of trading on the Moscow stock exchange rose by 88 cents - up to 56.88 rubles. The euro rose to close to 74 kopecks - up to 62.9 rubles.
