I recommend you use frozen fruit as ice cubes The fruit will both cool your drinks and add nutrients too. You can also eat the fruit once it become warm.

Yesterdays bullsh1t for me came in the face of the Copa Del Reys soccer game which FC Barcelona played against Elche. I was thinking about backing Elche since Barcelona has a nice turmoil in their backend of the organization - and they pretty easily got BTFO by Sociedad last week on a regular league game, but on the last minutes I made up my mind and took the over 3.5 cards (yellow or red) option @1.75. It was sweaty as sh1t since Else got rekt gloriously (5-0) and the game didn't have that much pace to invoke 4-5 cards, but it happened at the end. Still was sweaty though.
