The Korean national cuisine dishes do occur sobachatiny. The most famous of them - posinthan. The name can be roughly translated as "longevity soup". Use it mainly in the summer heat, and it is believed that this soup cures for arthritis, sweating, impotence and other ailments. However sobachatiny - not everyday food, and idle talk that Koreans sobachatiny traded under the guise of pork, look almost like "selling sturgeon, posing for pollock." After all, a dog - is a predator, and it must be fed with meat, which at its fattening gone more than out of it at the output will "useful" meat. So it is largely seasonal food, partially used to attract lovers of the exotic.
