Dylan Rufus, a suspect in the shooting of the parishioners of the Church in Charleston (South Carolina), admitted to investigators that he was planning to unleash interracial war. For some time before the crime Rufus put in one of the social networks your picture in a jacket on which were sewn flags apartheid South Africa and Rhodesia (Zimbabwe, 1980), also had the reputation of the state where oppressed blacks. Earlier buddy alleged offender Dalton Tyler told police that Rufus is a supporter of racial segregation.
