Hello gili_lati,
I am really happy that you get a quick responce from WinnerPoker. Well, from this email I understand that they are trying to win some more time. But the truth is that all these Customer Support Agents have templates for all kind of cases. In your case they have a template, which they copy/paste it and sent it to you.
I do understand also that they are trying to say that they investigate your case of collusion. But obviously, from this email untill that moment they don't have any proof and evidences that you won the money unfairly.
So, you don't have any time more to lose, and my advice is:
Please, read my post from today about the 2 documents, print it, fulfill it and then scan it and send it to the the emails which I gave you.
When you send these documents to the complaint emails, the procedure will be very fast. They will investigate WinnerPoker for frauds and you will get your money very fast, because WinnerPoker doesn't want any investigations like any other poker rooms. Every poker room will try to escape from investigations, that's why they will pay you the money.
So, when you send the documents, tell us and update your story here.

By reading the response you got i saw they are talking about collusion. So that was the reason they froze your account. You werent aware of that? Probably thats why it takes so long. They are reviewing your play.

Why they now say collusion? How i could understand i need to know someone to be able to collude but that's not the case. I don't know anyone on online poker.
But what other can they say, maybe: "We don't like to payout your winnings"
Incredible!!!
Peter7878 i have looked into this 2 Documents, and maybe i need some help to fulfill this. Some questions are not so clear to understand. I don't know if i can post here any questions i don't understand. Or can i maybe email you???

Hello Calmplay,
Probably you were the only one who read it. It was deleted very fast. I am not against the online poker, let's make it clear. But from personal experince based on my proffessional labour experience with the online poker sites, I just wanted to protect somehow the mobsters, to be more responsible when they play with huge amounts of deposits.
Few weeks ago I watched on Discovery Channel how the owners of an online casino in China explained everything about the RNG, how they manipulate it, and how it is impossible to win because they manipulate the RNG system. Every deposit, they said is a winning for the online casino.
There is Google, you can find a lot of interesting things.
.........And by the way in Mauritius are situated the Main Offices of a lot of online poker and casino operators! And your friend is working for an online poker/casino operator.....Am I right?.............

WOW, I didn't know that all these were happening in my country, as in terms of poker we're not developed like in Europe, Asia etc... as for my friend he's not an operator, just an online poker lover who would enjoy reading that post like I did.

Peter7878 i don't know how to thank you more than a big thank you.
You helped me so much. Ive fulfilled the 2 Documents and send it to the emails you gave me. Maybe it was good to send my ID and Visa card Copy to this emails maybe they need it? However its too late now.
Iam surprised that Bankrollmob didn't got any reply from Winner about my case. Its the second time JEFF (Bankrollmob Staff Member) sends an email to them.
I hope we can close this case quickly and this don't happen anymore to any other online poker player.
Peter7878 thank you very very much, maybe you will visit Macedonia someday or I bulgaria so we can go for a drink.

Hello gili_lati,
I am very glad that I helped you! Yes, you did it right. Don't worry about sending a copy of your ID and credit card. If the government of Antigua and Barbuda needs some documents from you, they will send you an email which documents you should prepare. They will start now to investigate WinnerPoker for fraud practicies, and WinnerPoker has all your details like (ID and credit card). They can take your copies from WinnerPoker, if they need it.
Now, we have to be patient and wait for the responce of Antigua & Barbuda. It is really ridiculous that a Custommer Support Agent from BankrollMob was trying to contact twice WinnerPoker, and they keep silence. That means WinnerPoker is hiding something. It is quite possible BankrollMob to stop the cooperation with WinnerPoker in near future.
Yes, that is a good deal! You can come and visit Bulgaria. In the summer I work at the tourism sector in Sunny beach (near to the Black Sea). This year we had two families from Macedonia at our hotel. Very nice people. I can make you a reservation for the next summer with 50% discount! Plus the hotel is very near to the best casino: http://platinum.bg/poker-room
We can play there live poker tournaments, live poker cash games with players from Europe. The food, drinks and Marlboro cigarettes are free there. I am sure you will like it.
Think about this offer. My email is: nwa.bulgaria(at)abv.bg

The Macedonian Nikola Nasteski-Lester is very famous here. He won the Bulgarian Vip Brother. I wish you all the best & good luck!

D'you know what? Sometimes there are things that happen that we just have to get on with or accept that we ourselves did something to trigger an event taking place rather than just blaming the entire world for it! Alternatively sometimes people make mistakes and then try and put it right, but not necessarily in the way we wamt them to, but do in the end.

Hello damosk,
I get your point! You are totally right about it. But I also think that if it is so easy to deposit (in less than 1 min.) at the online poker sites, it has to be easy to withdraw too. Every online player has the right to withdraw if he/she has his/her account fully verified. Unfortunatelly, some of the online operators use tricks not to paying the cash outs.
I never played WinnerPoker because it is forbidden playing there from Bulgaria. But my own conclusions about this site are made on the readings of a lot of online players at the other poker forums. One guy deposited $22 000 there, and wanted to cashout $20 000, but 2 months later, the cashout was still rejected.
That is why I am trying to say that the online players should be more responsible and not to deposit huge amounts like this, because after that they will have headaches.

Nice job there by Peter, it may help the whole situation.
As for the deposit cash out thingy, I always believed that someone must be treated exactly the same way in both operations. And its there that measures can be taken from many authorities. Cause when you hear for example that investigating a requested cash out, for money laundering or some other excuse, you rightfully ask, why you didnt do that when i was about to deposit and you took my money in a flash of a second
Today in the morning (07:00) i got an email from WinnerPoker :
"We are writing you this email with regards to your WinnerPoker account.
We would like to inform you that due to evidence of collusive game play activity, your WinnerPoker account shall remain closed. In addition, we would like to inform you that a rollback of the full amount of funds in your balance($1,021.97 ) has been processed, in order to compensate all parties, harmed by the collusion events. Therefore, there will be no remaining balance to be withdrawn from your account.
Below are the relevant paragraphs from the Terms & Conditions of WinnerPoker, as part of the Shared Network operator iPoker.
SHARED POKER ROOM NETWORK 5.3 You acknowledge and agree that we and/or the operator of the shared poker network, at our both sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate your game or block your account as well as deny you from accessing the shared poker network, either from the Website or from any other websites thereafter, in the event that you will violate any of the game rules or any of the terms and conditions set out hereunder.
And;
SECURITY 6.8 Collusion Prevention
Collusion means a situation where two or more players attempt to earn an unfair advantage by sharing knowledge of their cards or other information at a poker table. Any player who attempts to or colludes with any other player while using the Poker Room will be prohibited from ever using the Poker Room or the Website or the Software or any of our other related services and their player account will be terminated effective immediately. We will do our best to investigate complaints received against players suspected of collusion. If we will suspect of a collusive behavior during a game, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate the suspected players' access to the Poker Room and/or block their accounts.
