haha what a joke, I really wonder why they are stalling this for so long, just got an email of them, really a funny one, don't know if I need to cry or to laugh with all this
After all the emails I wrote and receive and after all the times I contacted live support this is what they send...

Dear CUNTS, Following my recent gaming experience on your site, ( in the $$$ tournament XXX) I am now formally requesting the hand history for this tournament for this tournament- further to this i wish to know my finishing postion in this tournament as even with disconection this should have been in the money; As the blind to stack ratio was 1-100 with me only posting a blind every x mins. I was disconected for XXX this is not enough time for me to have been eliminated. I remained a loyal customer even after the scam problems with Absolute Poker, i must recive a satisfactory answer to this problem within the next XXX if i do not i will have no choice to contact the gaming authorities and report your site for suspious activity. Furthermore i will be forwarding all my data plus correspondence with yourselfs to ABC should this situation fail to be adequetly resolved within the next XXX days. Do not even consider sending them that email. Funds withdrawal might be an option but don`t be rude. This is not different from poker game, they`re min betting at the moment. You can raise their min bet with quote or two from regulations.

I'm sign up on AB sometimes ago, with poker portal PSO. I'm request bonus for ultimate bet but PSO give me AB bonus. A few year ago i'm ever play in AB use my friend acc, and i dont like they software. Before your posting in this forum, i'm ready know it's any something in AB, may be something bad, but what can i do ? I'm request ultimate bet but AB i got. Just waste my time. So ? i suggest you to withdraw all your money left and uninstall AB software then go sleep with beautiful dream. Better than its, i'm play at tonyGpoker with good tournament, when lost connection (because server crash) they giving back buy in to all player left with a little compensation, that a pro poker site. sportingbet poker doing same but the last one now not allowed my country anymore because my government is suck we play just use our money not government money.
So any positive news? Did you get the hand histories? We should think how to tell more people about this **** (removed by me ) room so that nobody could repeat these mistakes (sign up and others).

Just don't let them d**k you around ( no swear words of course) but an email like that i garuntee you will get you a response within hours and they will actually answer the question. Don't worry as long as you have all your data baked up you can make a complaint and you should win no problem.

In every T&C I have read so far, there is a clause which goes something like this: "Player agrees that all games offered by site are fair...". Sending them that email insinuates that they cheated or behaved in that manner on purpose, which is breach of T&C, thus making them, AP, eligible to terminate the contract and if they please seize all funds on it, because there is also one clause in every T&C: "Our decision is final".
Keep it cool and polite, without accusations until you have evidence, until then, you are owned. This is their game and if you play it right You might get what you want. Don`t let them stall you for a week or longer than that. Just be persistent and decisive, it will be enough. Am glad that i made good decision and used only my no-deposit bonus on absolute poker and never deposited a penny from my own wallet there... This problem only ensured me not to do deposit anytime in the future. I dont mind if problem like this happens but i do when the support is absolutely incompetent to solve it... Absolute Poker = Absolute Ignorance....

good point mate, but they have already have massive bad exsposure and surely cant afford to have much more, i think that if they did terminate his account he could appeal and even seek legal action against them. Which country do they operate out of ? check the law and then make your move, well done predobar i didnt think about that, would be so cunty if they did though.
