HIGH STAKES: Phil Ivey wins $1,5 million - in just one week!

At the end of last week the American poker pro Phil Ivey had a really good run at Full Tilt's nosebleed tables. It was in a session against Scott "urnotindangr" Palmer and Dan "Jungleman12" Cates that Phil Ivey won big. When Ivey decided to call it a day, he had won not less than $1,497,482! A huge win even for the biggest pros!

Another player that did very well last week was Gus Hansen. Gus won almost half a million dollars and has now won about $3 million dollars this year! Well, even though it's a huge amount of money, it still doesn't make up for all the money he has lost over the past few years.

That Ive is winning it's normal...even against best players out there.
But Gus still winning it's something that's good to be posted about.

Showing that he's still one of the best players in the world. As far as Gus goes, like to see him win loads more. Like both of these guys.

Phil Ivey is one person you dont really see lose, other pros just throw money at him. Its funny to see how much money is in poker today when everything is going up in price.

Phil Ivey never had a real downswing on Full Tilt while in real life he often has lost some time and big cash at cash games......Full Tilt wants him to keep winning because thats good advertising for poker so people think you can get that good that you almost never loose..He just has one straight line up to almost 20 mil profit on FTP...yeah right....BS scam

Looks like Gus is still far from outstanding the debt he has from 2010, but if he continues to win about $1,5 million per month, i think he will manage to achieve it very fast.
