| 250 starting BB’s, it’s a common value, but when looking at 250k starting chips, it can confuse some of those who will only read the news about this. If, tomorrow, we see that the first place is ocupied by someone who has already 5 million chips, it’s not that much, it means that he defeated or helped defeating 8 players and managed to keep with all of their chips. This only turns into a great result because of the number of players in the starting field (50). Perhaps they are using this number of chips and blinds starting at 500/1000 because of the size of the field. This way, pros won’t have the sensation of being in a small tourney but, on the other side, it gives them the feeling of being in an advanced stage of a big tourney. And with good prizes too!!!|

| Small events with big buyins must be just what good tournament players love.|
Even if you're against great players, your odds are good to make serious money.
