Due to many deep stacks and relatively low blinds, it took many hours of play for a field of 18 players to be narrowed down to a final table of 6 in Day 4 of the partypoker WPT Montreal Main Event. Jonathan Jaffe (picture) held the chip lead when Day 4 kicked off and he also bagged up the largest pile of chips when the final table had been reached after 9 PM local time.
Jaffe doesn't have a WPT title under his belt yet but he does have a lot of tournament experience. According to Hendon Mob, he has $1.5 million in tournament earnings to date. Another two players that will be interesting to follow on tonight's final table are Mukul Pahuja, the Season XII WPT Player of the Year who made the final table here in Montreal last year and finished in second place, and Kevin MacPhee - best know as the winner of the 2010 EPT Berlin Main Event for €1,000,000!
