On Monday July 8, Jack Binion attended the 55th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, delivering the highly coveted WSOP Main Event Bracelet.

A WSOP Founding Father and Poker Hall of Famer, Binion made his way to the Main Event Final Table to unveil this year's prestigious WSOP Main Event gold bracelet and he bid good luck to the Main Event hopefuls playing in the tournament with a delivery of the ceremonial "Shuffle Up and Deal" alongside WSOP Vice President Jack Effel.

Considered to be the richest trophy in sports, the 2024 WSOP Main Event bracelet is custom-made by Jostens. It is made of 445 grams of 10-karat yellow gold with 2,253 various precious gemstones, including 1,948 round genuine diamonds, 230 black onyx stones, and 75 genuine red rubies to accentuate the suits. Special to this year's design is a removable golden face plate in the center of the bracelet that serves as a card protector.

Ty Stewart, Executive Director of the World Series of Poker, said:
"The Main Event bracelet is known as the most expensive trophy in sports but the reason it's priceless in the minds of players is because of Jack Binion. With another field around 10,000 in Las Vegas we're proud to share with him just how far his vision has come."

I wouldn't care less about the bracelet.
If I ever got one, which I won't, I would have sold it.
 dule-vu09/07/2024 20:10:59 GMT
Why to sold it when you will win 10 millions or whatever first prize will be! Ha,ha, what to say Big Smile

If you are pro you okay for the money.
Keeping it what for? Like a decoration?
 dule-vu09/07/2024 22:20:36 GMT
Why would you need that money from bracelet, if you have 10 millions from first prize? We can see that you are not in poker much!
 Mober10/07/2024 00:05:32 GMT
You can see that from what exactly?
It's a piece of crap anyways Smile
So what if you have won the first prize for 10m. Can you get 3-4 more k from it.. (I don't know its real value). You sell it.
You want it to show iti of and brag for it? Go ahead. I'm not such a person. Smile

It seems you have problems with the translation from English to your language.
So let me make it simpler for you.
I don't like that crap, and instead having it hidden in a drawer, I would take the cash instead. You got it now?

Binion, founding father of the WSOP and member of the Poker Hall of Fame, headed to the Main Event final table to reveal this year's prestigious WSOP Main Event gold bracelet and wished good luck to the contenders. Main Event they play in the tournament, a great one, how not to get excited about that, good luck to the players.

they really want every year to impress players and to make story from this! they watch for details and probably it take long time to make something like this! for lot of poker players this is something that will have special place in house and they will always know what they did when they look in it! we will see who will take it this year!
 Mober10/07/2024 10:56:30 GMT
Well I read the article again and saw from what it is made of, did a search and found that the bracelet for the main event is worth about half a million. So that's about a few hundred thousand more reasons to sell it lol.
You should know also, that I'm not the only one who thinks like that.
There are players in the past that sold their bracelets, others that donated them and even Phil Hellmuth has given away bracelets to family members.
I bet you can laugh at them also and their actions huh?
 dule-vu10/07/2024 11:00:45 GMT
whatever!
 Haymore27710/07/2024 14:50:57 GMT
OMG I never knew WSOP bracelet is the most expensive trophy I sports
 dule-vu10/07/2024 14:53:28 GMT
Its question is it most expensive! We should know other values! Cant be expensive then world cup trophy, ring from super bowl or something third!

So many diamonds , precious stones , gold on the wsop main event bracelet . But it doesn't tell us how much it costs . I wonder . Anyway , it is very hard to be crowded as the next wsop ME champion . So the winner deserves such awards .

10000 players to beat in lot of days of play, very hard!

This is great to see such a legendary human being doing this. He is known for very long time and the total Legend in Las Vegas and the gambling scene. Let's hope it will live for many many years more.
 CALICUL21/07/2024 23:47:28 GMT
he is quite old, but he could appear for a few more years if his health allows it. 87 years old is a formidable age these days because not everyone will reach it.
