A rough week for Jungleman12

2010's biggest winner online, Daniel "Jungleman12" Cates, had a rough week at PokerStars and Full Tilt's poker tables last week. At Full Tilt Poker he lost $443,00 (only Also11 lost more -$450k) and at PokerStars about $50,000 in thrilling heads-up match (SuperStar Showdown) against Viktor "Isildur1" Blom.

The Danish poker pro Gus Hansen, who was one of 2010's biggest losers online, ended up being last week's biggest winner online. Gus managed to win not less than $650k in just about 1200 hands. It will be interesting to see if he can keep up the good game this week as well.

Nice start for Gus, i didn't read nothing about him for a while. And i am surprised Isildur1 is not on the list, i bet he also won a lot, shouldnt have been just those 50k agains Jungleman12.

Fakiry this list seems to be only refering Fulltilt High Stacks players.

I dont feel bad for jungleman loss and its good he lost most o0f it to Gus Hansen one of the nice poker pros we can see online.

Gus tsrat this year briliant if in the same way he will go next some months he will be really great pot winner jungleman must stop playing becouse he looses his form and now must take some break off playing poker

wow, what a nice winning for only playing one week. This is really awesome... But on the other hand droping 450k is quite scary too.

but all in all it shows that at this level, all players now the maths and stats, and the rest is a lot of luck - nobody would say, Gus does not know to play... or Patrick... but against the river even they are sometimes without a chance

That had to come sooner or later. He won so much over the last few month, a downswing was unavoidable.

hmm, but isnt it great to be able to loose 450.000 $ in one week and dont even think about it as you have so much you dont care about it? Sad

dont think he'll be worried much about that loss after winning so much last year. he just needs to concentrate on getting back to winning ways. and good start for gus, hope he can avoid downswings

Even with a rough week he is still up MEEELIONS of dollars. He made at least $4million in 2010, and I think he is still in his early 20s. Crazy amount of money IMO.
