I REtestify that I have made 4 varieties of this jelly corresponding to the 4 colours of the peppers you can find,....red, orange, yellow,...and green...

RED PEPPER Jelly
Fills about seven 8oz jars.
Ingredients: 2 cups red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped or ground 5 1/2 cups granulated sugar 6 oz liquid pectin 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
In a large, deep pot, stir in the bell pepper, sugar, cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
Stirring constantly, boil the bell peppers over high heat until they reach a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.
Add in your pectin and continue to boil for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and quickly skim off the foam. (Tip: if you add a little bit of butter to your mixture, it should help reduce the amount of foam that you have to deal with).
Put it on your toast,...cake,....meat,....ice cream....whatever...

I testify that i probably wont ply any of those WCOOP events starting in a few days at pokerstars. That also leads to two more testifies as the reasons behind it: 1. I testify I can't afford even the smallest one ( at this point even satellites are too expensive for me) 2. I testify that IF i did play a satellite and IF i won a ticket through them, I would almost definitely use the T money in other smaller entries.
