I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" is a Christmas novelty song written by John Rox (1902–1957) and performed by Gayla Peevey (10 years old at the time) in 1953. The song peaked at number 24 on Billboard magazine's pop chart in December 1953.
A popular legend holds that this 1953 hit had been recorded as a fund-raiser to bring the city zoo a hippo; but in a 2007 radio interview with Detroit-based WNIC radio station, Peevey clarified that the song was not originally recorded as a fundraiser. Instead, a local promoter picked up on the popularity of the song and Peevey's local roots, and launched a campaign to present her with an actual hippopotamus on Christmas.

I think my grandma could have done a better job at Manchester United than the 'Chosen One', but then again it all really depends on what the 'Chosen One' has been chosen to do.

Bluffing circumstances

I TESTIFY that for the first time in quite a while I have finished a day at work and fell like I have achieved something. There are two reasons for this. Firstly there were no managers at work FCUKing everything up so it was relatively peaceful with people who know what they are doing, doing what they do best, and because of that I actually managed to complete a whole piece of work in one day. Chuffed as FCuk!

Spent half of day reloading the maintenance screen while BRM went back online again...

I testify that I can build my bankroll to $10. I had $9,50 and now I'm down to $2,66 . That is because of a lot of bad beats and maybe a lack of bankrollmanagement
I'm doing great at the freerolls at DP but they are not very profitable, and mtt's are onfortunately not very popular at DuckPoker

Optimal bluffing frequency If a player bluffs too infrequently, observant opponents will recognize that the player is betting for value and will call with very strong hands or with drawing hands only when they are receiving favorable pot odds. If a player bluffs too frequently, observant opponents snap off his bluffs by calling or re-raising. Occasional bluffing disguises not just the hands a player is bluffing with, but also his legitimate hands that opponents may think he may be bluffing with. David Sklansky, in his book The Theory of Poker, states "Mathematically, the optimal bluffing strategy is to bluff in such a way that the chances against your bluffing are identical to the pot odds your opponent is getting."

i also testify... i have no clue whats this new site about, never heard of it before. Under rakeback offers, GR88 , apparently offers 35 rb ??? Has anyone tried it yet, hope its not like 888 where rb works in tiers, and only last few tiers can actually get some money back from rb
