I just found out that if a person eats to much protein then they can actually poison themselves with to much protein. If you are using protein powders or simply eating foods high in protein then be aware that if you are getting to much protein then your urine output will greatly increase as you kidneys try to flush out the extra poisons from your system. You must increase your water intake along with your increased protein usage.

I TESTIFY that by following Ronins advice too literally as above, and drinking to much fluid, that you could drown! The principle being that your system gets overloaded to the point that no more can be absorbed and your body becomes saturated in fluid and therefore it only has one way to go (because the body also can't dispose of it as urine quick enough), ...... And that's to start filling to the top.... Which means it tops up out of your stomach, up your oesophagus and tips over into your windpipe and into your lungs and then, You drown!

I TESTIFY that while Ronin has been an excellent and long standing Candy Man, that there is only one Melon Maester and that is the Man Pochui.
I also TESTIFY, that I almost called Pochui yesterday to ask if he knew my new work colleague who we thought was from Lithuania. As it was it transpired that the individual was not from Lithuania, but merely spoke with a Lithuanian accent.

i testify that i had no idea people in UK know what is Lithuania and taking it even further... have what it takes to distinguish North Korean or Swaziland dialect from the subtle moaning that is true native Lithuanian dialect at its best (often accompanied by the words fcuk, sh1t, mother fcuker, b1tch etc.)

I testify I didn't testify yesterday.. was too busy and forgot my daily dose of mobpoints. I testify that now i miss those points i could have gotten yesterday .. I'm very very close to a cash-out and would like o be able to do it before the end of the month but every day i miss is a day more to my testifying quest.
If i was hitting any doors it would be much easier.. but damn... I testify that this month the calender is rigged against me
