This year’s $300,000 Super High Roller Bowl event in Aria has 56 of the world’s best poker players as well as leading amateurs buying-in for $300,000 apiece for the opportunity to take home the Super High Roller Bowl championship ring plus a grand prize worth $6 million!

The 5-day event was scheduled on May 28, 2017 (Sunday) up to June 1, 2017 (Thursday). Each day the games started at 4:30 PM (ET) and ended at 2:30 AM (ET). The venue is the Aria Resort and Casino, one of the most popular poker destinations in Las Vegas.

A (now former) blackjack dealer has admitted to stealing $10,000 from the casino where he worked. This month, Jeremy Brown, age 42, pleaded guilty in federal court to a felony conspiracy charge. According to court documents, from December 2015 to January 2016, he worked with three other people in order to steal money from the Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel in Watertown, South Dakota.

The second day of the $300,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl at ARIA in Las Vegas started with 44 runners and finished with 19 after several hours of play. Day 1 chip leader Byron Kaverman finished the day in second place with 2 million in chips while Justin Bonomo bagged up 2.6 million and the chip lead.
