Already I did the revenue for moneybookers and also I have requested the retirement of money, but I go 10 minutes waiting, and even the retreat of money appears not neither in HP's transfers, nor in my account of moneybookers, but 400 Euros already not estan in my account.
I am scared, already escribi to the support and only they give me a code of ticket, but they do not answer anything to me..

But I really do not believe they are cheating the players! Why should they screw up some people and other not? If they were going for this, they did not had to spread so much free money to many of us. HP has to react now to keep it´s good reputation.

Doberhain,no offense but what good reputation?like many people i've had problems from the start. We get a rep from HPP on BRM and he doesn't show up here.they have to make some very big changes ps:good luck badayorkino,i feel sympathy for you

I am feeling with all of you with problems there and thats the truth. I had serious problems with them myself during the past weeks and I said I would never trust them until I made a working transfer. I critizised all the issues I was facing and I wrote to support many timese. For some questions I still got no answer. But behind all that I notice the effort to change things for good. Therefor I am wiling to give them a chance and contribute them if I can. Not to forget it was an amazing offer to convert the Beta Winnings into real money, from what many of us could take advantage. So try to keep the patience, I am sure Jonas will appear again. Try to minimize the postings in this thread to the most urgent ones.

Good day Mr. Jonas, just for your information, i was playing a tournament right at this moment with a 2.20 buy in. 14 bubbles to go and my position is on the top 6. and then suddenly, BOOOOOOM! everything disappear. another crash on the system. its not the first time it happens to me.
This site reminds me of FTP in so many ways. Unique design and software (even similar layout) inovative games, huge rakeback, etc... Gotta admit i predict this site will explode in next year or so if they solve software-hardware related problems. They are just out of beta so this kind of problems are to be expected since its new/unique platform. Many pesimistic and hateful comments will turn around pretty soon i bet. Just hope they wont end the same way.
p.s. I understand you ppl it s your money so you are worried. But if you send 5 e-mails regarding same transaction it ll take them that much more time to process everyone. Be patient a bit tiill they get on their feet. Was 1700 players online b4 crash today after they solved it there are 1000 left so IMO they are working on it since they lose the most.

I noticed some bugs before the site crashed this evening. My chat wasn´t visible anymore. Also the emoticons weren´t accessable/sightable. I played my last Omaha tourney and went out at 6th or 7th place without further tounament notice and the winnings didn´t show up in my account. Also missing two tournament fees.
There must be a data overload, stack overflow or something similar. Maybe they should reduce the amount of floating data somehow if they cannot afford larger servers. Emoticons are cool, but do we really need them for poker?
