I emailed several days ago regarding a crash/bug that prevented me from playing the tourneys I had bought into and a freeroll I think. I recieved the auto reply email but no account refund or explination as of yet.

this is a little late but i really want to ask about this crashes cause i was playing in 2 games and in those tournaments (freerolls) both of them just cant really remember the exact number players left was less than 500 and thats less than half of total entries and im in both top 10 players when the break began and i think it was the 2nd break of the game and then and the games never continued. the freerolls was high pulse's 2000 freeroll and the other was bankroll mobs freeroll just cant remember exactly when this happened but i do know that you guys from high pulse know about this game for sure.after some days while playing at high pulse i saw that the games are going to be played again just like that and that the game we previously played was played for nothing and i did play the game again but was eliminated fast not even lasted for 5 minuts in both games and was eliminated and i feel like this wasnt fair for me and the other players who played and was still playing when the break began , cause when that game started all was going fine and wasnt frozen so why do we need to play again from the start and not restart the game play where it ended and start from there? i really cant understand this can you please make me understand why it should restart and not just continue those games?

Another crash, still wating for the refund/payout from a couple of days ago and now another one in the 100 gateway Touney. Over 1 hour in after the break around 43 left and kicked us all off.
I am fed up waiting for support or cahier to recredit, could you now sort out all three issues please Jonas.

you have lost money tournament entry. I have lost all the money in my account, have blocked the Spanish accounts. and not a form of robar.espero contestan.es publish in every possible way this room and their scams will begin by Facbook.
------------ other countries soon blocked and will remain the money, I recommend taking the money and not waste time in this room playing, post it on all sites

I've missclicked and now i'm unregistered, so now I can play another tournament. See what happens when i win another ticket. (I'm now registered with a direct buy-inn)
